I have had a few problems with this store like when I ask for no caramel and even after paying almost $9 for a cup they still can't get it correct so what's with the price increase on drinks if the batista can't even listein to an order and get it correct.

This is our traditional stop on the way to the San Diego Safari Park. It is a clean and neat place and service is pretty good. Though today when we visited, there were less chairs and tables inside the restaurant and all the chairs outside were stacked up. That may be because of the recent rains.

The worst customer service ever! Leilani was very discriminating. I order a soy macha latte and went to the restroom after ordering. When I came back she was on a personal call and completely ignored me for a while until Selina interrupted Leilani's conversation and asked her to give me my beverage. All that time she had already prepared my tea but didn't place it at the counter where customers pick their drinks. Instead, she put it behind the counter and made me wait for a while. Then, after all that, she got upset and gave me my beverage with attitude.

I recently ordered a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks and was thoroughly impressed. The service was remarkably fast, ensuring I got my drink promptly. As for the latte itself, it was a delightful experience. The coffee had a wonderful, rich taste with just the right balance of pumpkin spice flavors. Ya, when I went to the line yesterday and found a grumpy young woman glowering at me who said, "it's been a long day, I've been up since 4:00" and it is only 11:00. Then another barista defends her against me having said, "As a nurse, I used to work 12-1/2 hour shifts, 5 days in a row" in response. Ya, maybe I could not have said anything but hey.It sure was not a normal Starbucks experience. ??♀️

I'm writing a review because my daughter and I used to come here every Friday after she got off from school. However, lately, her mom moved, so we don't go to this Starbucks anymore. One thing, though: I don't like changes. We really like this one guy who worked the drive-through window every time we were there between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m.; he was courteous, always smiling, and remembered us from the first time we went there. We went there every Friday to try something new and order via the mobile app. I suppose that's how he remembered us because we always use the app, lol, but other than that, the service was always excellent. We are going to miss that guy, but no worries we will stop by one of these days and properly give him compliment in person. I hope he reads this review and hopefully remembers us, because we weren't there last Friday :(

This store is amazing. I work right down the street and come by to pick up my coffee almost every day. The employees are so sweet and always greet me and most definitely make me feel welcome. The way the employees know me and know how to make my drink spot on makes me so happy. You can find starbucks on almost every corner when you go out but I always choose this one for a reason. This location does tend to become busy and you can definitely tell but they're always working hard and still making their customers happy while doing it. I hope the employees know how great they are and how appreciative I am of them. -Briana.
