Well my son and his friends wanted to go and grab a burger and a shake tonight around 7:30pm and they were told they could not go in and grab some food only drive thru was open. The boys are 15 y/o and don't drive. There was a family dining in with a baby and stroller so it was obviously not staff on a break. We called and the GM answered the phone and said they close at 9pm including the dining room. He was rude, short and told us they are short staffed due to covid and if we have an issue to call corporate on the East Coast. No apology for the lack of service and absolutely no empathy for turning kids away who wanted a bite to eat. I am understanding of all the covid staff stuff but no reason to be completely rude and shitty. Not a way to gain and keep customers especially during trying times.

First visit they didn't give us the shake we ordered after they had told us we had everything when I asked. Yeah, a bug deal when the shake is 7 bucks. Second visit they messed up both burger toppings but got the shake. Meh. Shake was ok but certainly not worth 7 bucks, it should be $4-5. It's not anything I would go out of my way for. The burger taste itself is decent but patties are way way too small and if staff isn't going to make an effort to get your order right, then why bother coming here. We came here 2 times in one week to give them benefit of doubt. It they just didn't come through.

Had the double cheeseburger with everything, french fries, and a coke. My burger was so good, I ordered a second one. Employees are courteous and friendly.

Horrible experience 80% of the time we order from here. Horrible staff abs management. Unbelievably rude! We order often from here and it's a rarity that we get our orders correct. The food is good but dealing with the staff and management plus having our orders messed up is becoming not worth it. When you call their phone number it just disconnects the call.

Was there tonight and we got a completely wrong order, the only thing they got right is our soft drinks. Got a cheeseburger, grilled cheese, chicken tenders fries and a cookie. Not our order. We ordered Frisco berger and garlic burger fries and onion rings. The order was completely wrong.

Your food is great but you have possibly the worst drive through intercom I have ever experienced. The system is horrible. I can barely hear the people working and there are two different people talking to me at the same time. It took me repeating my order five times for it to kind of sound like they were getting it right... I'm currently still here

$45 and I get to come home and cook the food myself. Fantastic. 2 pieces of soggy buttered bread surrounding 2 pieces of unmelted cheese and half a burger patty. Why do the fries taste like fish? This place used to be so good. The 2 triple cheeseburgers were cold also. Guess I should've questioned why the order came out quickly. Hard pass on going back.

Went thru the drive thru, guy on the intercom seemed efficient enough repeated my order back. Number one combo with a orange Fanta and a three piece chicken strips. The teller at the window seemed confused when I asked for my drink. I get home and the burger wasn’t even right, so I look at the receipt on the bag and see Dblsteak with French fry and a chicken tenders with French fry…. says clearly a double steak but I got a single. So even the incorrect order printed on the bag was not completed correctly. Tyler took my order, but who bagged it? Who put the single in? What a mess. Nothing personal ya’ll but geez.
Delicious, greasy, and salty…just like me. Love these burgers and I gotta say their house lemonade is exactly what lemonade should taste like!

I've heard lots about steak and shake from east coast friends and after a long day we decided to try it. We got a cheeseburger meal, the burgers are very big and not bad but a little over seasoned and the fries are cold.
