Terrible customer service, Friday night and they only have one person working. Took 30 minutes to get one sandwich, whoever owns/manages this place has no clue how to run a business. Typical post COVID way of running a business, have less employees to make more money for the owner and make the customer deal with it. I would suggest going to a different subway unless you have a lot of time to kill.

I was here at 10 AM for the special promo of their new hero line subs. The place was clean and I was greeted by the manager and female employee. I ordered The Beast and Turkey Titan. I loved The Beast! It has a half pound of mixed meats (pepperoni, salami, turkey, ham, roast beef) with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and the MVP sauce, drizzling of tastiness. The turkey was basic. Had a great experience today. The only reason for the 4 is because the bread wasn't piping hot out of the oven.

The unofficial greeter at the door asking for money for food while stuffing his face was unpleasant. The strip mall was run down and semi vacant, I felt unsafe.

Nothing wrong with sandwiches as far as getting them correct. The only thing is they are always mostly bread, very little fillings. The one on Rancho California loads them up and I can only eat 6 inches or less before I'm full. This place, I eat the 6" and am always hungry after. I think the owner is trying to maximize profits by making the employees put as little as possible on the sandwiches. The meat only has one layer and the tuna always ends about 2 inches before the end of the bread. I end up throwing the last 2 inches away. If you want a filling sandwich, go to the one on Rancho California. Plus, the one on Rancho is always cheaper for some reason.
I came here the other day and I had the nicest welcome. The service was great and my feet didn't stick to the floor. I really like the feel of this place. It's very fancy inside. Nice music and decor. I was helped my a little brown haired girl named Maddy. Even for 8 o'clock at night she was very helpful. She was very and precise with her sandwich making. It was a 10/10 wonderful experience and I will be back.

I would have given them five stars overall but they use the thinnest, cheapest, crappiest paper to wrap their sandwiches. The employees realize this as they use three sheets of paper to wrap my sandwiches. I wish they used the same thickness paper that Jersey Mike's uses. Taste wise, Subway sandwiches are excellent!!

Pretty bad customer service. Blonde girl served me but I couldn't get her name, she was rude and snappy and I asked for salt and pepper and she put so much salt that's all I could taste. Also took 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge I was there. Never going back forsure.
