Tacos Memo is the bomb! We asked Memo and Ruth to cater our 65 person birthday event Jan 2024 with their amazing Taco truck. They made our event so special. They are super sweet people who make outstanding food! They came to us with smiles as big as Texas and shared those smiles with all of our guests. Everyone raved about the quality of the tacos, quesadillas, cheeseburgers and the huge array of condiments too! The food was hot, yummy, and prompt. The drinks Horchata and Jamaica are a huge hit and oh my we added some it to some other drinks we had and people were in lines drooling over it all. The prices are VERY reasonable! The service is super FAST! Everyone needs to stop at Deportola and Anza Rds area because it's a super quick stop for amazing food! Please look for them around Old Town Temecula too for events! Anytime you're needing fresh authentic Mexican tacos please stop at their red taco truck! If you need Catering CALL MEMO & RUTH and you will have a perfect event!

Great spot to save you from running all the way into town for lunch. Must have the quesadilla de huitlacoche. ($11) Variety of meats available - pollo, pastor, lengua, cabeza (was out on our visit), asada, tripa, chorizo. Sample them via $3 tacos. Mulitas are new to us - more like a cheesy corn tortilla "sandwich". $6 - gave it a try, we'd prefer their fresh masa creations that include quesdillas, huaraches, and gorditas. Tortas may be our next thing or alambre which are listed specials. Did get an horchata, not as rich or cinnamon flavored as others we've had, but we got it to go and maybe the melting ice didn't help. Could get it w/o ice to avoid the issue. There's tent to keep you in the shade and dining at the one picnic table with onions and cilantro along with two salsa bottles available. (to go cups available for salsa). The red one is much spicier.

The best tacos I have had in all of California! Good salsa too! Lengua and cabeza are so delicious! I'll drive 2 hrs for these tacos! Wednesday to Saturday!

Dang good tacos. Small nondescript truck with authentic food—the classic little double tortillas, great meat, and fresh cilantro and onion. Great pastor, good asada, average chicken. Service was 10/10.

Tacos Memo food truck serves very tasty food. We had the Carne Burrito, pollo burrito, and a half and half of carne and pollo. All were amazing. The best were the tripas mulitas! So flavorful! They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend stopping on you way to or from the wineries in Temecula or take home for the family like I did.
