5 stars isn't enough to rate this company! This catering company was used thru The Oaks at Duncan Lane wedding venue (also a 5+ star+ rating). And they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing. Chicken was moist and tender and not dried out like you usually get. The steak with chimichurri sauce was just as delicious and mashed potatoes to die for! They served appetizers during cocktail hour that were just as tasty! Thank you to all the friendly staff that helped out. And making my son and new daughter in law's wedding an amazing event.

Temecula Catering made our Reception so wonderful! We were in the group of people who got married in 2020 who had a cancelled ceremony and reception, but Temecula Catering held onto our deposit and honored it 2 years later. We had a brunch menu and everything was so delicious. Our Chef was amazing and the staff were so friendly and professional. Andrea thank you so much! I would recommend them to anyone thinking about using them for a reception, a party or whatever your event is. They are prompt, professional, and great at communicating with customers

We scheduled a food tasting for my son and his now wife's wedding since they were out of state. When we arrived we were seated by Mabel who was a joy by the way and started tasting the most delicious food. We had appetizers, salads, the entree and side dishes. Let me tell you, this wasn't your typical wedding fare. The Caesar salad was wonderful with home made croutons and the dressing was amazing, and Caesar salads are not my first pick. The second salad was a green mix with feta, cranberries and home made candied walnuts with a vinaigrette dressing. Again, fantastic! The entree was a choice between lemon chicken and a mustard chicken. Not your typical wedding chicken. The lemon chicken was subtle and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The mustard chicken had a zing to it and was our pick for the wedding. The sides were a lemon zucchini and a spring mix vegetables. The latter was delicious. A mix of zucchini, broccoli, carrots and peppers with a fabulous sauce. Choose these vegetables!! The last two side choices were mashed red potatoes and Mac n cheese that was super cheesy. You can't go wrong with either one. I can't say enough about the quality and service from Temecula Catering. If you would like to use them, give Andrea a call. Super nice and very helpful! We were assigned Temecula catering through our wedding venue. Our first tasting was terrible. The food given to us was cooked days before and microwaved. We could literately hear the microwave open and close. All the proteins were over cooked. When we told the "chef" the fish was over cooked he said "Oh I didn't know the pan was that hot". When we asked him about a type of cheese on a salad, he had no idea what type of cheese it was. The sauces were not reduced properly, they tasted like alcohol, they were chunky. We brought this tasting to our venues attention so we got a 2nd tasting. We were given the option to create our own menu and the tasting was much better, very promising. Everything was cooked perfectly and they modified small things for us. Then the wedding day came and the food was awful. We were embarrassed. We were suppose to get rib-eye steak, something similar to Lomo Saltado. The day of the tasting, thats what we got. The day of the wedding we had some nasty thin sliced meat with no flavor. The potatoes were undercooked and crunchy, they were supposed to be nicely baked. The veggies were also raw and under seasoned. We also asked for a vegetarian dish for one of our guest, when my guest went up and asked for it, they didn't have it for her. They served her raw potatoes and veggies only. This was suppose to be "buffet style", when some of my guest went back to get more sauce and chicken, they had already cleaned up all the food before dinner was over. I understand wedding food is usually terrible, but this is ridiculous. Don't trust what they tell you or what they serve you during your tasting. They have ONE head chef and a bunch of cooks with no culinary experience or training. If your venue requires you to use this company, run or fight to get different service. You're better off getting catering from a real restaurant.

We got married at Leoness Cellars on 8/21/21 and had Temecula Catering for our catering. The food was delicious - we had 3 delicious hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour and an amazing buffet of BBQ brisket and chicken with sides for the reception. The guests loved it, and so did we! Would definitely recommend Temecula Catering for anyone's wedding!

Everything served was superb and guests were raving at how delicious the the whole meal was. The chicken was perfectly moist and tender which is rather hard to do when serving a large amount of chicken. The staff was also amazing and we couldn't be happier! I threw a Celebration of Life event for my late Mom this past weekend at Green Acres Ranch, and thankfully I was referred to Temecula Catering by a client. I worked very closely with Alexandra and Andrea who were always lovely and professional and extremely communicative. They made everything about this process easy, and anything I needed, even things they did not usually offer as part of their own service, they arranged for me with businesses they work with (like chair rentals). Alexandra was extremely patient with me as my guest count kept changing right up until the week of the event, and it was just never a problem to add more. The day of the event, they showed up precisely on time, and my assigned team was so friendly and efficient. My chef was Jared, and my servers were Clara and Jessica (I really hope I got their names right). The linens they set up were beautiful, the place settings, and the buffet table were gorgeous. The food was outstanding! I would absolutely hire them for any event, and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that is looking for an amazing caterer. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from this extremely satisfied client!

From start to finish, communication was great! They were able to accommodate my special requests which were all around a pleasure to work with. Our wedding was a month ago and people are still RAVING about the food. I have had numerous people tell me it was the best wedding food they've ever had. I cannot recommend TC enough! Special Note: Make sure to try the Baby Green Salad with Candied Walnuts! Also the Tri-Tip with Chimichurri. To die for!

My husband and I got married on 3/8/20 at Lake Oak Meadows, days before group gatherings were restricted and everything closed down. I could not have asked for a better experience with Temecula Catering! From the email correspondence, menu tasting, food and their catering staff on the day of, our wedding went so smoothly. Everyone still talks about how good the food was! Even one of our guests, who was previously a professional chef and owner of a catering company, raved about their food and service! The standard kids meal is chicken tenders, but it was a huge plus that they were able to accommodate a special request for our 8-year-old niece, who is a vegetarian. She was so happy with her mac and cheese. I would highly recommend their services!
