Delicious wine and cheese pairings. Very generous portions. My partner and I always make a point to stop by when we are in town.

Absolutely love coming here! Everytime I'm in the area my partner and I stop by and have some meats and cheese. The selection is always amazing and varies from every visit. The owner always has high quality food and pairs them with all kinds of goodies like imported honey, nuts, fruits, veggies, and our new favorite caperberries. We love the cozy vibes and love to eat outdoors when the live music is available. Love coming to this place and will continue every time I'm in the area.

Came in to buy some cheese and meats. They tasted fine, the owner was incredibly standoffish. No greeting, no thank you at the end, zero conversation or anything. Asked her multiple times how much something cost and got "between 5 and 20", "it varies by weight". Like... No kidding. I'm buying a quarter pound. If I ask how much something costs just...look it up? Of course my order ended higher than her high range. Definitely the worst experience I've had in any cheese shop. Usually they're so happy to introduce you to cheeses and new things. So weird.

I read through the 1 star reviews and I get it. The lady probably isn't the most approachable gal in town but she sure knows her stuff and she's got good meats and cheese. I do think she's very nice but her tone can come off as rude to some. Definitely give this place a try with cheese in mind.

So rude! They wouldn't let us sit in their bench to eat our dinner it was even after hours. I wish I could give them zero stars. I think it was because I was with a middle eastern friend. It was really weird and uncomfortable

Walked in today with my friend looking forward to purchasing some cheese and we were hardly even greeted by the woman working. We were left to look at the confusing menu and sparse cheese selection. It makes me really upset that this place even exists. I

Pitiful selection and big lack of customer service. Owner was rude and wanted nothing to do with us. Ended up leaving super disappointed. I'd rather go to Ralph's Murray's cheese section. At least there I'm actually acknowledged and offered samples and information about the products.

Place was nice and they were very welcoming but it was heavily overpriced for small rations and mediocre cheese/meats. Better off going else where, there's many other cheaper and more enjoyable places

I came with my mother-in-law to Temecula to celebrate our birthdays. We were recommended to go to Old Town Temecula and we came across this Cheese shop. We just wanted a bit of a snack and some wine and we weren't sure about this place because of the reviews stating that the customer service was not great. First I want to say that it could maybe depend on the customer because we came in with our happy selves, explained that it was our first time, and the lady was super helpful. We wanted to share a glass of wine and the lady split it for us already. She had everything out and checked in on us multiple times and was really nice. Definitely recommend this place for anyone coming to Temecula! And definitely recommend the goat cheese.

The cheese and olives her are very good. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Shawna (owner of the place) is the rudest person so far we have met in any shops in Temecula, Its all about customer service. I asked her a questions she had a very smart alic rude answer. I don't think she wants to be there. Its all about customer service.

We looked far n wide for a cheese tasting place in Temecula. The only one we found was this small spot in Old Town Temecula was the Temecula Vally Cheese Company. I would be lying if I told you that our experience was 100% great. It wasn't. It started off not so good. The lady attending to the shop was not very inviting and short with the answers to any of our questions. We are not cheese aficionados. We had a million questions, but we were apprehensive to asked them. We finally decided to go for broke and just get a couple of slices of cheeses we knew nothing about and most certainly not gonna get any bits of information about from the cheese lady. We settled on a slice of French Comte and a nice Swiss Racalette. Topped off by a few slices of prosciutto. We grabbed a local beer and headed outside to enjoy better vibes and a nice cool breeze. The cheese, prosciutto and beer was wonderful. I feel that everyone deserves a second chance, we'll be back. We'll try different cheeses and more beer. Looking forward to it.

Me and my family were having a nice day out and decided to visit Old Town Temecula. We had a nice lunch and decided to look around at the little shops and went to Temecula Valley Cheese Company. The place was pretty empty. We were not greeted when we came in. We were fully prepared to spend some money for amazing cheese and were hoping to have a great experience. I don't ever write bad reviews but unfortunately I feel this one needed to be done. The person behind the counter, assuming from all the other terrible reviews, that may have been the owner. She eventually spoke to us, which we couldn't hear or understand, what she mumbled. We were trying to get some recommendations but she didn't really say anything so we gave her some idea what we were thinking to which she mumbled something else. We asked her to repeat it, barely understanding what she said the 2nd time. She mumbled something about the Parmesan samples that were in a jar on the counter that looked a little sketchy. We said we'll take the garlic type cheese she mentioned, no offer of sampling anything behind the counter to see what we liked. Once she cut a piece off for us to purchase, she then gave us a sample. The cheese smelled and tasted like butt. We left there irritated and literally with a crappy taste in our mouth. Once we got home, we took the cheese out to the outside trash immediately so it didn't stink up our house. Most irritating waste of $13. The only saving grace is after we left there, we went a couple doors down to the olive oil/vinegar place and had an absolutely amazing experience to which I'll be writing a review about them as well.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. I asked the lady for a cheese recommendation and she said "ok I'm really busy right now, so do you want to buy cheese buy the slice or a platter?" We left not wanting to support this business.

I'd love to leave a great review but I can't seem to catch the place open. I was excited to support a local cheese shop too. If they ever update the hours online or on the shop I'll give it another try.

Walked in the store and was told there was a wait even though no one was there. Decided to get the random sample pack, and the lady gave us the worse cheese they had available. Will not cme back.
