My sister and I tried a couple different flavors and I really liked all of them! I think my favorite was surprisingly the white chocolate macadamia. I like that they serve the cookies chilled!

They say they are the thickest cookies around but my cookie really wasn't that thick...I ordered the chocolate XTC and it came out warm. I was surprised to find it looked nothing like the samples and was not thick and slightly sunken in the center. I was even sadder when I bit in and the edges hard and chewy. It tasted like the edges of an over cooked brownie which I was not wanted, as I wanted the soft center which is why I came to get these famously thick cookies! I ate half and let it cool more and was sad to find the center had flattened even more. My partners on snickerdoodle the other hand was thick and cake-like. The texture was amazing however I thought the flavor was off and it had a chemically aftertaste... perhaps the vanilla? He loved it though.Overall I am sad that these cookies let me down because I was expecting thick puck-like decadent cookies but honestly mine just tasting like your average store bought cookie.

I loved how good and delicious the cookies were my personal favorite was the fruity pebbles I just loved the sweetness. In my personal opinion cookie plug is better then cookie plug.

i love cookie plug which is why they get a +1, but this location deserves none!! the one in redlands has always been so sweet when i visit, but this was difficult. my boyfriend and i were in the area for our weekend vacation and i had a craving for cookies. we were helped out by, whom i assume to be the manager, a short girl with black hair. we wanted a few different cookies and asked if they could be warmed up. every other location has no issue but she told us no. she said they don't do that. ok cool, we got our cookies, a pack of four with crunch nuggets and chocolate chip. oh my ... burnt cookies that tasted like dawn soap. i don't recommend this location at all. if the service is bad that's ok but if the food isn't up to par... that's not acceptable. especially with the price per cookie... i'm so upset. we will continue going to other locations and would rule this one out as a bad apple.

I really wanted to love these, but I don't! Honestly the cookies themselves are good and I like the flavor. What's a no for me is with every bit it's overkill. Too many white chocolate chips, too many fruit pebbles, and too much cinnamon sugar on top. If they just reduce the stuff they mix in the cookies by half... I would go back because the cookie it actually good. It's a solid 3.5 stars for me.

Its regular practice for the owners of this restraunt to demand their employees "to work without pay for 2-7 days" as a consequence, keep in mind these employees are typically young woman age 16-21. Illegal & Shameful.

I really wanted to give these cookies a 1 star, but the woman who was working was really nice and helpful.I LOVE big cookies, so I was really excited to try these! Walked in, atmosphere is dope, cookies look huge, and there are a ton of flavors.. and from what I gather, there is a daily deal?I got 4 cookies and a drink for 18.Tried the Cranberry walnut? (Can't remember. It was called secret stash or something), the pink elephant (got 2 of these), and the snickerdoodle.Secret stash isn't my style, but the cookie was decent.Snickerdoodle and Strawberry are my.2 favorite cookie flavors, so I had high hopes. Snickerdoodle was TERRIBLE... flavorless and hard as a rock. I had to literally push my weight down to cut it.Strawberry was okay. Not worth getting 2. I would've tried another flavor, if I would've known it would be mediocre.In general, these lack flavor and all of mine were overbaked. After trying them room temp, I even microwaved to try to soften them up. Snickerdoodle had no hope. Strawberry and secret were marginally better.I wanted to like them so badly, but literally Subway has better cookies. ?

Not great. The cookies are ok, the people try it up sell constantly..They told us "we get a free drink with 4 cookies" then charged us $3 for the drink..Won't come here again. You shouldn't either

These aren't edibles, which I had to call to ask and make sure because of the store name. Such a cool concept with the cookie names and decor inside.I went on Christmas Eve when crumbl failed me with being sold out on almost all of their flavors. Turned out to be the biggest blessing cause that's when I came here. They had 13 different flavors and the cookies are massive. Maybe about 3-4x bigger than your average chips ahoy size.They were having a deal of buy 7 cookies, get 7 free so for 14 cookies we paid $38. And we got a free beverage. I ended up purchasing a total of 2 boxes (but received 4) and they were a hit at my family Christmas party.I also bought their cookie cutters which cuts one cookie into 4-8 pieces. A fun and useful gadget!10/10 would highly recommend this place. It's small inside and has no room to sit so you just order to-go.
