I went there and got a steak sandwich. It was the most ridiculous worst taste in steak. I ever had one side had sawggy French fries on it and the other side had onions on it with a bitter taste. I would not recommend anybody go in there plus The sand which was 18 dam dollars. What's not worth it?

My first time here and i absolutely love it the instant I tried those sandwiches it took me back to my country again I am from Cuba, Las Tunas province and I’ve tried many restaurant Cuban and they’re we’re not that good but the Cuban hut have el authentic flavor from my Cuba ?? querida thank you ?

I have passed by this place countless times saying to myself, "I got to try that place". Our family finally stopped by for the first time. The experience was awesome! Jose was so nice to my daughter, it was her birthday and her idea to stop by. We purchased lechon sandwiches, empanadas (all of them except ham and cheese), tostones, and arroz congri. Everything was amazing! Jose took care of us. He also let us try some mamey smoothies while we were waiting and they were delicious. I did not know about this fruit. Jose's passion for his food, family, and culture was evident through out our conversation. He was also interested in our day and gave my daughter a picadillo empanada, wow she was in heaven.We went back a week later and the wife (I did not catch her name) was so nice. We purchased guava pastries, the Cuban sandwich, the lechon plate, the picadillo plate, and a large side of the Cuban rice. Everything was amazing again! The portions are on point. Everything is so flavorful. We will be going back to try some other items on their menu. Delicious good, nice portions, and great customer service what more can you ask for?

My wife & I visited on Feb 28, 2024...we've been eating Cuban food all of our lives & the taste here is authenticly Cuban. Very good. My wife had Ropa Vieja & I had Rabo Encendido & chicharrones...all excellent. It's not a fancy place, but the food was excellent as well as the price.

Absolutely delicious food.The ambiance and service has that friendly, you know the owner and staff vibeThat cubano is spot on with the flavor profile, plus sooo tender and those in house made chips are awesome and compliment the sandwich well along with the hot sauce dip to cut through the porky-ness on the sandwich.The portion sizes are filling and those black beans are nice and lightly flavored just right. Every guest with me enjoyed the food and plan to come back.Happily celebrating my father that is no longer with us, birthday...Costa Rica is close to Cuba kinda sorta right?The best cuban food I've ever eaten!!! Try it, bring it to your game day...you will not be disappointed.
