my fiancé went in today to get 2 pretzels for us because I was craving them (I'm pregnant) and one was completely burnt and the other was harder than a saltine cracker. when he went back to ask for fresh ones, the man at the counter called him a thief and would refuse to make fresh ones or give him his money back. (he brought the inedible pretzels back to the store) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. $17 dollars down the drain. terrible service, even worse food.

Was craving Wetzel's so came to this location that is inside of a gas station. Clean, organized and all varieties of dips. Pretzels bites were perfect to fulfill my Pretzel craving!

Needs better price signage for this location in the Temecula mall, also they did not give me a receipt. The prices for the meals are not posted at the register either for the meal deals so here it is: #1 meal is $14.00 for a cup of pizza bites with sauce and soda, I do think it should be hot and not taste like microwave pizza, I could deal with the price if it tasted good. Sorry Wetzel's Pretzels I really don't like giving bad reviews but the food was just ok and it was the kind of pricing I would expect to pay at a sporting event. By the way the two people in front of me waited to get to the register then ended up not completing the order and leaving.

We know Wetzel's Pretzels are good so we stopped at this location because it is close to us. At about 4:00 p.m. no pretzels! The lady told us that they had only Bites so we purchased one bag and a tub of cheese. When we asked her about pretzels she told us that they never had any and there were no plans to ever have them. This is hard to believe because I've read other reviews that said they didn't start to make pretzels until about noon. Be that as it may, we won't be back. But it brings to mind what J.L. Kraft said many decades ago, "You can't sell from an empty wagon". Well, you can't sell pretzels if you don't make them either.

This is my son's go to place Service is fine but dropped one star because they do not have sour cream and onion pretzel option
Edit: They are open now. They don't have any cream cheese sauce. A corporate manger reached out to me and gave me coupons for a free pretzel, which would have been nice, but this store doesn't accept coupons. Hopefully I can claim those coupons elsewhere, but this store would have been most convenient.Formerly a one star review:I've been here twice. Once in the morning. They said they didn't start the pretzels until noon. The second time I went at noon and I asked if they had pretzels. They said it wasn't opening any time soon. I can't actually speak on the quality of the food itself because the place is never open, but it's a waste of time to go in and check.

Never had gone here since they opened & now I know why! Arrived 8:35pm; (website says they were open till 9pm), only to find it closed. Asked the 76 attendant inside store about it & he said it was closed all day! I asked the hours & he said, "No idea". They have banners all around outside & heavily advertise, but not open all day...? Will never go back! So sad the only other location in the city is @ the mall....

This is in the 76 gas station and it has been incorrectly notated to be at Sinclair's across the street at the wrong address. This is not a typical wetzel's pretzels, it is just a tiny ad on they have inside the gas station and when I came here they had nothing left even though they were still open.
