I made a special trip because I was craving Sichuan and hot pot. This was well worth the drive. Plenty of meat and vegetable options. I was seated right away for lunch but they do take reservations online for parties of six or more. The staff were friendly with a lot of great recommendations. Beautiful ambience. Not AYCE so I had trouble trying to decipher the menu due to no pictures. I went with the half spicy (medium) and half bone broth. My favorites were the spicy broth, brisket cuts, hand pulled noodles, bamboo slices and daikon. The spicy broth is well seasoned and will numb your tongue. You will not need a sauce because the spicy broth is just that good. But beware on choosing your spice level. It's very spicy! Spent approx $180 which filled up 4 people.
