We were in the area, and came across this place. It's a hidden tea shop on busy Las Tunas. It's a small family owned business (please support). There are PLENTY of seating, front and back of the store. Plenty of parking in the back lot, or if you're lucky, you can score one on the street. The brown sugar boba milk tea taste legit. I have been coming here since middle school, and the drinks are still bomb at low prices. Used to be a mom-and-pop but may have changed ownership or been passed down the family. Regardless, it's still a great hole-in-the-wall small business. Still great service. There's a nice back area with plenty of seating, outlets, wifi. Haven't visited here after the change in ownership so decided to give it a try. Came on a weekday mid-morning so it was quiet and empty inside. The owner was friendly and greeted us. We got the mango yogurt ($5.49) and large jasmine green milk tea ($4.45). Both were half sugar. Large size is 24 oz and regular is 12 oz.
