Ordered two party trays here and really liked it. Called their phone number and placed the order for afternoon pickup. The food was promptly ready. Everything tasted great, we ate every single piece!

Super happy that Sushi in the box moved right next. lolTook this menu so I can check on Yelp.Anyhow, the Chirashi bowl price is great. Kids like the rolls. I have got a few trays for parties as well.

After since they move to the new address in the shopping center, service was terrible mainly because the cashier wearing glasses in the front, no smiles no thank you, always a demanding attitude. When I ask her if they still have buy one get one 50% off, she simply said: "5 and 6"What is the 5 and 6?? I asked her. She replied with no patience: "since you come here before, you don't know what is 5 and 6? " then other customers told me that she was talking about menu # 5 and # 6 . Please avoid talking to her if possible.

Wanted to let everybody know Sushi in the Box's new location is in the Ranch 99 Market on Golden West in arcadia. They are now located in the food court in the far right hand corner all the way in the back. Their food is excellent and their service is very friendly always served with a smile.

Back when it was at its old location and it's roll deals were still around I would've given it maybe 4 stars cuz the price for what you get and the quality was decent. Not to mention service was pretty straightforward. Then the roll deals disappeared except hand roll ones but the quality was still ok so let's say 3. Now at its new location inside the food court up the st it's now at one star. Everything has gone up in price across the board while quality has also dropped significantly. Service was absolutely trash as well. Placed a pickup order and they told me 30min. Got there they told me they're making the last roll rn and it'll be another 15min. 15min later they then tell me 30 more min. Heard the workers saying they forgot about it and never made it in Chinese. Why did she tell me that they were making it the first time then? At these inflated prices for the huge downgrade in quality and value you're really better off going anywhere else. This place has become the bottom of the barrel now for sushi. The only reason why this place is above 3 stars still is because they kept all the old reviews of when it used to be decent. Don't be fooled by the old reviews. It's now a shell of what it once was

I was pleasantly surprised ordering a bento box and a couple rolls from Sushi in the Box at the food court near 99 Ranch. The prices are pretty good and the food was tasty and fresh. I noticed the bento boxes had a few extras you might expect if you were at a restaurant. And it came with a Hi-chew candy, which my kid stole from me.

We got a few bentos today from the 99 ranch plaza food court. The chicken and sukiyaki bentos were at $10.99 each which is a super affordable price these days. The food was freshly made and hot. The lady at the front was friendly. Will return to try out the rolls.

Definitely worth coming here for the value. The food is pretty good too. It’s in a small food court with lots of other Asian food establishments.I got a bento box with the mixed tempura and the tempura was nice and crunchy if that’s your preference. However, the mixed tempura comprised of only shrimp and sweet potato. I’m out a fan of sweet potato. I wish they offered other tempura like onion, zucchini or broccoli. The chicken cutlet was good, but if you don’t like the sauce to be on the cutlet, just let them know. I liked it the way it cameThere’s a special on the sushi where if you buy certain rolls you can buy other ones for half off. Not a bad deal.

It is a long time family restaurant. They moved from temple city to Arcadia recently. They have good reputation for fresh tasty food for reasonable price.

New Location is so niceeee! Located in the Arcadia Food Court, right in the 99 ranch Arcadia plaza. Right when you walk in, you see the large sign and store. Well portioned and fresh premium bentos and sushi rolls. A must get in Arcadia.

Quick, easy, tasty. Order ahead for quicker pick up. They shut down for a few hours after lunch and reopen around dinner time. Tempura takes some time to get ready and are a bit over battered the few times we got it. Everything else okay.

Was craving sushi and ordered a tempura and beef teriyaki bento and half California roll and half spicy tuna roll. This was my first time ordering from here and I pulled up and noticed ppl were in line at the window. It seems to be take out only. The lady was nice and handed me my meal. I got home and opened up my order and noticed the presentation and the size of the meals. The tempuras were really good, big portion sizes, the teriyaki beef was perfect as well as the salad and rice. The dressing for the salad was really good, it came with a small slice of orange and a small chocolate Candy. The rolls were big sizes as well. With lots of crab and spicy tuna and just the right amount of rice. Food was delicious. I am stuffed and will def be coming back. Highly recommend if you're looking to pick up sushi.
