Dear Jack In The Box,The manager is absolutely amazing, and he knows how to speak Spanish and English very well. Food is very fresh every time including the hamburger patties. The waiting time was nothingThe cheese wasn't melted on one of my sandwiches and the other one I couldn't bite through it and it was only Swiss cheeseBut it was like trying to bite through a rubber gasket. The presentation wasn't very well done either
