The food was kinda cold when I got it. Plus the lady looked really tired and kept on looking at me when she was making the food. Was kinda creeped out, I got 2 tacos and they gave me no salsa. When I got the food, the lady did a little smile and went back to being miserable. And when I asked for the salsa, they didn't give it to me!! I was expecting it to already be on the plate. Environment not that great. Overall don't recommend.

Great food! The posole and menudo have much flavor and are served with a lot of meat. The costilo is very flavorful and the gorditas are nice and big. My favorite are the chiles rellenos and the juices are fresh with a lot of taste. What I really like is that because everything is homemade down the the fresh tortillas made to order, that the menu varies each day.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Since moving to this area 2 years ago this place has easily earned its number one spot in my heart for a lot of reason. For one, everything this lady makes (including the tortillas) is hand made/from scratch and beyond delicious. Second, I'm all about supporting small family owed businesses and she has her State issued food handlers license, which is a huge plus for me. Finally the quality is consistent and she cooks like my Abuelita, which is saying a lot because my Abuelita knew how to get down in the kitchen. Don't waste your money on the Taco Bell down the street when this place is a much better option and like a two min drive from TB.

Really love to support little spots like this. When we got there no one seemed present, but what you have to do is honk a little bicycle horn they leave in the garage to summon them. The food was pretty good (home cooked style) and there isn't much else around. I do wish they told us the prices of everything up front. It was about $15/person for a meal and soda. If they listed prices and made the presentation of the food better, I would give it 5 stars. Muchas gracias, tias!

Incredibly flavorful and delicious. We look forward to Las Tias tacos and Quesa Birra. The salsas are full of flavor and spicy.It makes it more authentic when they only speak Spanish and when you can see the kitchen and who is making the food. appears to be all from scratch. Don't concern yourself with the menu. ask them what they suggest because they are making it fresh.In my mind Las Tias is the Pearl of the Salton Sea.

SO TASTY!! Doesn’t get much more authentic that eating tacos outside a garage in the desert. Beautiful setting, we were lucky enough to catch the sunset as we had our meal. Highly recommend this place, food was incredibly and the lady’s serving were very attentive

Delicious food, great service. Don't be fooled by the low key dining area. We hesitated too, but all agreed one of the best places to eat in the area. Carne Asada burrito is a safe play if you also don't recognize most of the menu. Yum.

Don't let the location fool you, the food here is fantastic! We were looking for a place to eat when camping near the Salton Sea and noticed a banner that said " FOOD". We took a chance and had some of the best tacos. Fresh handmade tortillas were delicious. Next time I'm nearby I'm definitely going back!
