This location seems to be quite hit or miss. We've had excellent, friendly service and great pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad a few times, which kept us coming back. However, the last couple of visits have been subpar and we're not sure we'll be back. During our last visit we ordered the Green Stripe pizza to try something new, but when the employee started making it, it was clear he was not making that pizza. We stopped him and reminded him that we ordered the Green Stripe pizza, and pointed it out on the menu board. He started over again and we moved down the line to pay, not wanting to hover over him as surely he knew what we had ordered now. When the pizza came out of the oven it still didn't look quite right, so as another employee put it in the box, we asked about the arugula, and he opened the box and put some arugula on the pizza. When we got home and started eating, we discovered there was no chicken, no roasted red peppers, no garlic, and no pesto drizzle, so we pretty much got a cheese pizza with arugula, which did not go over well. We ate it because we were hungry, but it was definitely not anything we'd want again. It's difficult to understand how the staff was unable to make one of their own specialty pizzas on their own menu. In our experience, it seems that unless you order something very simple like a pepperoni pizza and a pre-made salad, you may not be happy with what you receive.

According to sign on the door seen 10/23, this location is permanently closed. Too bad, was a decent place for quick custom pizza.

Placed an order here on accident (wrong location) and when I called to have them cancel it the person who picked up sounded like he didnt know what he was doing. When I asked him if he could cancel it all he said was “Ok” and of course I never got my money back. Lame

If you do plan on ordering from this place because you don't live in New York or one of several other cities that have good pizza in the US, or worldwide, please put a note on the online order that they need to keep the pizzas on the oven!!!! They just leave them out and they are stone cold when you get them, but if I were you and I lived in Thousand Oaks or Westlake, I would order from D'Amore's Pizza!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered Via Blaze app. Order was entirely wrong - and that’s not all that was wrong here. What we did eat - was cold, raw, uncooked disgusting pizza. They auto - charged me a tip for doordash - and after 3 reminders still didn’t even get our sides we asked for. Customer service?? NOPE. Can’t reach a single person at this company. Ya, company, not restaurant. What a JOKE. Fresh Brothers Pizza, or Parma Pizza, across the street is night and day better. Don’t waste your money and time here. They don’t care about you.

The pizza is made fast and it's really good. I highly recommend eating here.

Be prepared to ask for “extra” of everything, because if you don’t your pizza may not have any cheese or toppings… We got three pizzas and two looked like they didn’t bother with the cheese at all. My not-picky kid wouldn’t even touch it.

If you ever get Christian to make your pizza he will make it wrong. We told him exactly what we wanted on the pizza and he still barely added any chorizo on our pizza. We had to tell him multiple times to add more of the ingredients we picked. I can tell he has an attitude problem. I am not sure why he is still working here.

Not sure why, but my previous post from August 5th was taken down. Maybe because I gave a 1 star review - which was purely based on their customer service since I never did get the pizza I ordered. Here it is again - I went in because I had a reward for a $5 pizza made anyway I wanted. Told them what I wanted & went to pay. Showed the cashier (who also made my pizza) my reward so she could scan it. She looks at me after multiple attempts to get it down to $5 and says "this expired at 6:00." I look and it is 6:06 (literally the 6 minutes it took her to make the pizza my reward expired?!?!) Ummm... seriously? I swear it said I had 2 more days. She was definitely not going to budge on the 6 minutes, so I walked out without the pizza. Looked at the reward again and it said right at the top expires August 8 - two days from now. Ok... go back in and show the same person & she just gives me a blank stare. Another person comes over and tries to scan the reward again and says "this says the reward has already been used." Yeah, because you guys just scanned it like 2 minutes ago!! I should have asked to speak to a manager, but I was so over it. Deleted the app & unsubscribed from the emails. Better customer service and pizza out there.

The kid behind the counter are great and look they're having fun. The pizza is always solid and done any way I want. I really like the Take 2 deal for lunch with a half pizza and salad. Can't beat the value.

Pizza is good, however if you order using their app, they add a 12% mandoritory tip to the check out. Sorry Blaze that is not legal in California If any of you out there are charged this tip fee, ask for your money back.

Avoid the keto pizza, it's way overpriced and not that good. The cauliflower pizza is better but high in carbs.
