After we were seated we were completely forgotten about. The hostess even had to tell the waiter that we've been sitting there waiting for almost 30 minutes. Our server constantly disappeared for long periods of time and didn't even bring our drinks until another 20 minutes after we ordered. Pizza was good though

In 1985, I attended the inauguration of the first CPK restaurant in Topanga Plaza, which proved to be a memorable experience. In the intervening years, I have frequented numerous CPK establishments. However, my most recent visit to the CPK in Westfield Topanga was unsatisfactory. Specifically, the salad I ordered was markedly different, being white in color and unpleasant in taste. Consequently, I have since refrained from returning to that particular establishment. In my estimation, CPK's quality has diminished over time. Moreover, the relocation of CPK from an anchor store to the mall's center has rendered it less accessible, further detracting from the overall experience. The Thousand Oaks CPK is no exception and is characterized by poor upkeep, as well as minimal patronage. To avert closure, CPK must improve service quality, reinvest in infrastructure, and revamp its menu offerings.

I took my Sister and Brother-in-law to this California Pizza Kitchen, The Lakes to Celebrate her Birthday. It is such a beautiful location! When Ryan, the Manager, found out that we were Celebrating my Sister's Birthday he went above and beyond to make this such a special, memorable occasion! Thanks to Ryan's Outstanding Customer Service, my Sister's moment was priceless! This is the place to Celebrate Life!

The quality of the food has gone more downhill every time I visit this TO CPK location, which is my neighborhood, so a bummer. The sauce for the pasta bolognese is horrible. Nothing like it used to be and no meat at all in it. Tried this place again and again over the last year but it's only worse every time. I'm expecting to drive by soon and see it closed entirely.

I will start with our server she was beyond amazing and very friendly we had Tina 10/10 recommend asking for her if you dine here. Moving on to the food we were very disappointed as CPK used to be a favorite place to dine. But unfortunately the food came out undercooked. We ordered egg rolls as an appetizer and it was forgotten then rushed out by the manager and chef. When they arrived the pastry was undercooked to where you could still see the flour as well as how cold it was. I had a pizza that came out a little under lukewarm. We were sitting by the kitchen where we heard our lovely server tell the manager about the food being cold to where he scoffed and said no they are not. I used to love coming here but I really think maybe the general manager needs to take a look into things as well as the owners. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and seemingly clean.

Have loved coming to this location since I was a kid. Great food, great service, and the ambiance of the place is always heartwarming. The pizza and the street corn were both so yummy!! This is a regular spot for me and my family so consider visiting!!

The sign on my forehead says "Do Not Feed" apparently. We tried to get our food from the waiter and her manager but they were too busy to care so we left after an hour.

Food and service was good. 3pm-5pm for happy hour isn't bad at all. Starters and pizza
