Came in and was welcomed by a gentleman named Brendan, he welcomes everyone with a smile. Normally I sit outside but it was raining and I’m glad it was. Brendan made the atmosphere joyful and pleasant; that alone made the food taste much better! Thank you Brendan for my greatest Chipotle experience!

The young white guy who was working there was so impolite and rude. He threw the food on the counter in front of me and started scattering trash in my food while I was eating. I had d to leave my food middle of dinner. It was So disgusting and abnormal.

I’ve ordered delivery a couple times and is like every time I order they put less portion even tho I pay for extra protein. Like please for the amount that gets paid thru delivery just to get a half bowl come on

The staff was unfriendly and seemed like they did not want to be bothered. After putting not even a full spoonfull of rice on the tortilla, the girl literally threw the rest of the ingredients on. I don't know how they usually do it but It was all in the center of the tortilla and it wasn't even folded properly and it fell apart. The only reason I gave the food 3 stars is because my son liked his burrito despite it falling apart.

You can never go wrong at Chipotle. It's good.I always order: a burrito with •white rice-no beans•carnitas (1/2) and barbacoa (1/2)[you can always do double meat if you feel like a superstar]•cheese•the red hot salsa•queso(I highly recommend everyone to try it... highly recommend if you want to send your tastebuds up to heaven)

The guy at the counter wrapped my burrito perfectly and the chicken and lettuce was very fresh. I was in and out of that chipotle in about 2 minutes which is very fast. Definitely

The servers were rude! I went in person, asked for what I order, which was a bowl with steak and chicken. Was with some friends and told them what I was getting. When I got to the register they charged me extra and it was too late when I realized, they didn't clarify what the extra charges were for till I asked after it was too late. Would've been perfectly fine if the male who took my order on 11/9/23 at 6pm was nice and hadn't asked "did you think you got or did you get it." Asking rudely and if as though I was stupid. I work in customer service also, as I work in retail, fast food, and I am a tutor, though I am located in Long Beach. How they acted was unprofessional and maybe hire better staff because they're the worst thing there. And you can blame the customers all you want but sometimes the workers are also at fault! Overall, don't get chipotle here and just go somewhere better! Save yourself the unpleasant service, lack of food, and charge.

A few weeks back, I walked into this location. I was literally starving and I didn't want to spurlge on junk food,,being that it was so close to dinner time. I ordered the burrito bowl and dined in as I waited for my Uber driver. This location is near the Mall in a drop off entrance. You can not park in front,,only drop offs and pick-ups are allowed. The employees are diverse..but most High School age and college aged. I love the burrito bowl and I have been dining on this this meal since 2011. By the time ,, I ordered and paid for my meal. There were about 5-7 people walking in as well to order. This location is smaller than the one in Hollywood CA on Vine Street. There is a location in Newbury Park,CA as well. I have enclosed some pictures of my experience.. I began to eat most of meal. Then I had to go to catch my ride. The bathrooms are clean as well. The staff was kind enough to give me a cup to drink some water. I do not drink sodas.. I most certainly would frequent this location in the future, especially if you are going to see a movie.Vegetarian options: The Burrito bowl is a healthy way to go. Select your own ingredients and you see what is being placed on your burrito bowl and meal plate.Parking: This location is at the Oaks MALL in Thousand Oaks CA. The parking is first come and last owned parking. Plenty of parking.. everywhere. No parking in the drop off cul de sac.

I placed an online order and the first one didn't go through, but the second one did. When I got to the restaurant, they had two orders for me, which means their system didn't take that first order, and I was charged for bot. the worker, Adrian, was so helpful and nice and patient assisting me in doing the return for me, even though I had offered to handle it myself online, he was super kind and efficient. Good customer service like that is hard to come by these days so I was super grateful. Thank you Adrian!

Hey Chipotle? Maybe teach your employees to read an order. If it says guacamole and sour cream, I expect to get what I'm paying for. If you don't have those items, please just offer a refund instead of serving the most pathetic excuse of something "edible" known to man. Is it really that hard? Are you really that sore for money? Pitiful and disappointing.
