ordered a pick up and they got the order completely wrong tried calling and just was getting spammed by the answering machine. Paid 16$ for a burrito I had to give away to a co worker. Do not recommend this

Had a terrible experience here with staff and food safety issues. Complained about it and didn’t receive any form of compensation. Will not go to any Chipotle ever again.

While waiting in line, I watched a single employee handle the entire front of the resteraunt by himself. This means he was serving and doing checkout on his own. Unfortunately, this means I witnessed him use the same gloves for handling money and scooping huge chunks of cheese and lettuce to multiple people before I had to walk out.I would warn anyone coming here that the staff here is not trained in food handling and may be contributing to the constant illnesses in these other reviews.

On 9-13-23 at 11:15 am, the general manager nicole yelled at a food courier, “get a real job!” In front of the whole restaurant after making the courier wait 20 minutes past the promised time of delivery… how can you employ such a crude and inept person as a manager of your business?

Whoever was working at 9.10pm on august 10 sucked, i ordered online and asked extra carnitas and guess what? No carnitas , not even a little bit. Guess he forgot, so 22 dollars for a bowl of rice.....
Always behind on their line, food items get left over long so the meat is always cold, the staff skimp on the portion sizing because nothing is ever prepped, messed up online orders.Just an all-around ‘meh’ of a Chipotle, better to drive to Thousand Oaks or Westlake and avoid this location.

Service is satisfactory. If one finds themselves scraping the bottom of the tray for veggies, might as well ask the customer if they mind waiting for fresh veggies. I had Also, it should NOT take two attempts to properly wrap a burrito. It is a waste is tortilla and is unacceptable to be at the end of the assembly if you are not proficient in burrito wrapping. This often happens during the lunch time rush.

I love chipotle but for some reason the service and food at this location don't even deserve a single star. The restaurant itself is dirty and poorly maintained. The food is always cold, and worst of all the chips (that are usually the best chips around) are always stale and somewhat chewy. I have given feedback to the managers in the past and have seen all the horrible reviews on here but nothing gets done. I am done with it and will not be returning anytime soon.

I ordered through the app and app said it was ready. But when I got there, my food was not in the pick up area. I saw a bag behind the counter but I'm not gonna go back there to check the bag. Took a min for an available employee to grab the bag for me.Vegetarian options: Sofritas. Can replace meat for guac for a veggie burrito.

I ordered and paid for a watermelon limeade and a burrito. They gave me a sealed bag with a burrito and an empty cup. I realized when I got home. They didn't bother to tell me that I needed to unstaple the bag and get my own drink.
Only 1 employee handling everything from serving to checkout. This is the second time I’ve experienced rudeness as well. I am not inclined to go
