My kiddo loves Chuck E Cheese. First time he went and he fell in love with it. Expensive if you pay for yourself to play with your kiddo but it was good.

Pizza is way better!I recently returned yesterday evening. They have Added some more active games for the kids to interact more and exercise. These new additions are great for kids. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful, they went above and beyond on making my sons experience fun. Thank you to the entire staff who assisted us in the evening. The salad bar is worth the deal, hopefully down the road they add even more salad options. I feel the pizza and salad can really influence parents from bringing their kids to chuck E cheese often.

As you know, I only leave five star reviews and this location definitely deserves five stars. Colton who is one of the employees there could not be more friendly, attentive, and professional. he has a contagious smile, and his assistance was very genuine . It was great to see the joy he would get just by making sure we were happy .He kept me well informed about how to use our points. I think he just has a wonderful personality and is all about service which is something I take very seriously in any setting. If you’re looking for a great Chuck E. Cheese to go to, This is by far the best location. Although it is quite a distance from where I am, I plan to return for another fantastic experience with a staff who cares about their customers happiness.

I wanted to tell the manager, Steve, directly about my experience. But I was not able to get through to speak with someone. My daughter and I were there for 2.5 hours and had a nice time. All was well until we were walking up to the prize counter, and we realized my daughter had accidentally dropped her red play pass bracelet. We looked everywhere . I asked a staff person if someone returned it to them, and she said she saw a red bracelet on the ground in front of the registers, but now it’s gone. My daughter was crying and upset and I was stressed trying to find the bracelet. It seems like someone may have taken it. I asked another staff person at the prize counter if they could make an announcement about the lost bracelet, and hopefully that would prompt someone to return it. Instead, she spoke with the first woman I had spoken to, and they not only gave us a new red bracelet, but gave my daughter way more tickets than she originally had. I was so shocked and thankful for their kindness.Unfortunately my daughter continued to be cranky and hard to manage. The lady handling the prizes was a champ and so patient and kind. We got one thing and ended up saving the rest of the tickets for next time.I want to apologize to her for my daughter’s behavior, but I also want to say thank you to the two woman who saved the day and were so incredibly generous to us. My daughter and I were both stressed out and you both helped us so much. Thank you for being awesome and amazing.

On Sunday, January 21st , 2024, at around 2 pm, my husband, 8-year-old son, and I visited the Chuck E. Cheese's location in Thousand Oaks with the excitement of seeing the animatronic, but our experience turned out to be disheartening and humiliating.Having attended and planned numerous birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese's across different locations and have had friends and family members that have worked at Chuckie Cheese, I was deeply disappointed by the recent experience at the Thousand Oaks location. When making reservations for parties, the staff typically inquire about the number of guests to ensure ample seating. Additional seating is usually reserved as needed, while the rest of the dining area is open for all guests to utilize.Upon arrival, my son, who has a fascination with animatronics, wanted to sit as close as possible to the animatronic. We noticed that there were unoccupied booths not reserved for any party. Out of courtesy, my husband politely asked a father from one of the birthday parties if they were using the unoccupied booths near their table. He kindly confirmed that the booths were not being used by their party, and we settled into the second closest booth to the animatronic. As we were enjoying our meal, we were asked by an employee to move from our booth, under the premise of accommodating the birthday party host (next to us) request, even though their reservation and party size had not warranted any additional seating. She told us that we couldn't sit there because they were about to have the birthday show for the party next to us and that they wanted us to move. Despite the employee offering to help us move our food to another booth, our meal was interrupted, and the show was delayed until we relocated. I raised concerns with the management, seeking a resolution, and expressed that there no clear signage or information indicating that the nearby booth area was reserved for the birthday parties, but was met with a dismissive response - leaving me with the disheartening feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. As we were leaving, my husband took the initiative to apologize to the employee if there was any misunderstanding or if we had come across as rude when she asked us to move. It was during this conversation that the employee made it known that she didn't want to ask us to move, and that the request had come from the wife of the party due to her discomfort with us SITTING NEAR HER TABLE.This interaction added another layer of discomfort and disappointment to our visit. It was disheartening to witness the lack of consideration and empathy from the other party involved. We had hoped for a pleasant family outing, but it was overshadowed by an unwelcoming atmosphere and a humiliating incident. As someone with experience in managing customer interactions, I found this treatment disappointing, and I strongly believe that the staff's approach to the situation should have been more considerate. It would have been more appropriate for the management to address the issue by reminding the party hosts that their reservation only included their assigned table, without disrupting other guests who had rightfully occupied unreserved seating. The lack of support and resolution from the Chuck E. Cheese management left me feeling unsupported and disappointed. I was left with the unfortunate impression that discrimination was upheld, as the establishment failed to rectify the situation or acknowledge the impact it had on our experience as valued customers. This recent encounter at Chuck E. Cheese's has tarnished the many positive memories I have had at the establishment for over thirty years. The lack of understanding and consideration for our position as paying customers and the handling of the situation left a lasting negative impression on what was meant to be an enjoyable visit.

Really liked the manager who was very tall, I do not recall his name but he was great. Had my child's party here and was surprised when I got a call to confirm, actually taken back how the party coordinator handled the confirmation call. I was asked about tipping the party server on a confirmation call because of how great of a job they do and how that could be done with cash only. Ok? She went on and on saying how they make your party excellent and how they know how much it costs so they do a great job. OKAY? Well, that was a huge red flag for me and I was concerned with the day of and how great this was really going to be. This happened to be the same person who was our party attendant. Perfect. So here it goes, they hardly came over to the table to help and asked me if I wanted them to help serve the food etc. Really? There was minimal interaction and to make matters worse hardly any direction especially when it came to the adult drinks. They just put cups on the table without saying anything..lastly they told one of my guests that the party was wrapping up and that we had to move. They did the minimal. I should have been notified. We also noticed they threw away some of our pizza with no ask if we wanted that done or not. Overall my child and they're friends had a good time but you need work with the party coordination.. and the tip ask was over the top.

Could not have had a better experience at this Chuck E Cheese establishment. The staff were friendly, the food was 10 out of 10 and the games were clean, well-maintained, and a great price. Thanks for an awesome afternoon!

Chuck E. Cheese’s are cool, Thousand Oaks Chuck E. Cheese’s is a disgrace. They’ve got to do better if they want to survive the Great Depression 2.0
