Brophy Bros is a great place for seafood dishes. Great service and a view of the harbor.

Cisco's has Mole Chicken on their menu now! It's delicious and half a chicken. Would love it if the mole had a bit more spice, but happy that they are adding this to the menu.

Service was great and food was okay. The reason for the lower rating is because we were seated in the back room, which was fine; however, there was an obnoxious group seated there with parents sitting at one table and about eight young kids seated at two tables by themselves. Many of these kids looked like they were under 5. They were yelling and screaming and their crayons and jackets were all over the floor. The waiters literally walked over their junk on the floor in order to get to the kitchen. Meanwhile, their parents are not tending to their kids and instead are yelling at them for yelling! I'm talking kids screaming at the top of their lungs and those parents are still sitting on their butts at the other table. Our kind waiter acknowledged that this was a disruptive group and even apologized to us. But not one of the staff or management approached this group to tell them to settle down because they're in a restaurant and disturbing other patrons. Because of the lack of professional behavior by the staff of this restaurant, we will not be back. It was not a pleasant night out!

We came here yesterday for their Happy Hour. On their front door sign and also online it says that happy hour lasts until 6pm.Arrived at 5.45 but when we got the check, the 50% discount was not applied.Server told us that it was until 5.30 pm instead and refused to acknowledge the wrong information listed everywhere.Since their food it's mediocre at best, I will not return to this establishment.

This review is for the only remaining Cisco's location on Avenida de Arboles in T.O.Great Happy Hour 3-6pm...The Bar is usually packed. But you have to be in the bar area to get HH deals. Classic mexican fare without any bells and whistles. Roll the dice with your given waiter/waitress. But usually decent service.Outdoor seating area in parking lot is just ok. A white tent without any windows or ambiance. Outside eating area's unfortunate proximity to the busy roadway deals diners a good amount of traffic noise. 4 out 5 ain't bad.
