This place is fantastic. Croissants en point in comparison with the nearest 10 other places. Apple fritters insane. Cinnamon rolls insane. All the conventional donuts are light and fluffy beyond what you can demand.Staff is always accommodating and the customers are literally your neighbors!

A nice humble donut store. My most joyful experience was talking with the beautiful young girl working behind the counter. She was shy but caring- made my donut taste that much sweeter.

Just be aware they don't make very many donuts and seem to forget altogether some mornings. They rarely have a big selection available...maybe if you show up at 5:00 AM on a Tuesday you might get lucky. The few times they did have donuts they were decent.

What happened to this place? It used to be well stocked with all kinds of good things. Now most of the display cases are empty and the selection sparse. And the staff is just rude, acting like customers are an unwelcome irritation. What a shame.

Buy far the worst donut I have ever had. Hard over frosted and just trash. Sorry a cruller donut should be light and fluffy. These were rock hard. Same with the donut holes and frosted sprinkle kid’s donuts. My thought? That these donuts are bought at a grocery store and refrosted and sold for as many days as it takes to get rid of them. Don’t waste your money.

The BEST donuts in Ventura County! I have been coming here since I was a kid, so over 10 years. The freshest, sweetest, most delicious donuts. It doesn't get more classic than these.

I live close by and have been going here for almost 10 years now. I can easily say if one of the family members is not working than it's a waste of time. I enjoy the ham, egg and cheese croissant with jalapenos. Been getting it at least once a week for breakfast. Recently I've had a problem. If a family member isn't working then I don't get the added jalapenos when I ask. They simply say no, we don't have them. Which I know is a lie. Shame. Next I'd like to say this. It's 2 pm on a Thursday, stopped by to get my son a donut to give to him for after school. They have legit 14 donuts left and they all look old. They only make one batch a day, It's called Fresh Donuts and they barely make enough donuts to last past mid day? The ones available are the unappetizing ones. 90% of the racks are empty with no donuts. Sadly lower standards of employees outside of the actual family that owns the place.

The older gentleman was so rude!! My mom asked if their croissant has anything in them & he starting saying that she couldn't get those in her dozen donuts box, she already had her donuts, she was only asking about them, needless to say she ended up getting some but they're really dry! Please don't be rude to your customers.

I went in to get some donuts before my brothers birthday and saw flys all around the food

I have tried several times and each time I hoped it would be better...no luck. Service was lacking and there was a small selection of donuts. They were heavy and did not taste fresh. How does this place stay in business?

Extremely Overpriced$18 for a dozen donuts, doesn't even include bars..Changed from my 5 star review left 4 years ago and updated to a 1 star. Went to pick up the crew a box of raised donuts. All the donuts they chose were cakes and rings and all sprinkles...it is clear I am not buying for my family at 5am on a monday. So no maple or chocolate bars, fine, whatever. The reason why it is 1 star, $18 for 1 dozen donuts. $18!!!! A dozen should never cost above $12, normally $8-10... Nothing justifys the cost of these donuts. They are fine but not special or any better then the average donut shop.

We’ve tried this donut shop several times over the years and I just picked them up again yesterday (due to convenience of proximity). It seams every time the donuts are extremely oil logged, and with old oil at that which just make you feel sick. Test for yourself- microwave a donut for 30 seconds and see how much oil you can squeeze out of it, it’s sickening ?

So i bought boba for 6$ and i put the straw in and it exploded and did not get a refund. In addition, she is mean and hostile for no reason and slightly racist towards me and my friends. She also grabbed my phone and my friends debit card at the counter without our consent. I would give a 0 star review but I can’t.
