Food was phenomenal and the portion was large. I see some other reviewers complaining about the staff but the staff I dealt with was just fine. You'll notice no negative reviews are really about the food and that's for good reason it's fresh and as customizable as you make it. Definitely the best in the food court.

Now known as Iron Grill Mongolian. Shady s*** upfront. Just change the name. I would have given benefit of doubt. One on tv price was 13.99 and charged 15. No receipt, hence can't argue. Second, cooked vegetarian and non vegetarian pork and what no on same skillet, with no cleaning in between. Worst!! 0 stars!

Amazing service! Super fast and easy. The food tastes great and it's a really large portion for the price! The customer service here is very nice too, the workers are helpful and considerate. Definitely would come here again and recommend it to everyone!

I like this food but the two workers from today they’re so rude there was no one on the cashier the cook was so rude he was talking bad words I think because he just cleaned the grill and he got my order I don’t care about his life I just wanted my food I’m paying for it it’s not free he’s getting pay for his work it’s not my fault if he’s not happy please fix that on this place food is great ?

I used to enjoy eating here, but the last two times, the customer service was terrible. They keep you waiting and waiting until a chef finally comes out from the back to cook the food. No apologies given. It's a shame, because I like the food, but I no longer wish to support a restaurant that cannot respect the time of its customers.

We arrived at 7:49 knowing they close at 8. They told us the closed at 7:45. There was one couple waiting for their food to be finished. All the meats and veggies were still open, nothing was put away. The guy at the register asked if they could do one more and the cook said NO. It would have been so easy to let us order, there was no one else behind us. This was horrible customer service and that is why I am given them a 1 star.

Service was terrible, no one at the register to take our order for a while then all the employees except for one basically looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. Once our food was done we asked the cook for napkins and he told me I need to go back to the register, so I did waited behind two people to order once he took care of them and it was my turn he turned away and started wiping off trays completely ignoring me. After a minute I called back to him excuse me trying to get his attention still being ignored the cook came all the way over hearing me to hand me some napkins. Food wasn't too bad but did have way too much of the liquid they put on while cooking ended up almost soup like once I got to the bottom of the container.

First time here. Food was good but guy cooking the food is on a power trip. We got two orders and asked for 5 condiment cups. Guy refused to give more than 3. Even cashier told him it was 3 per box of food and we had 2 boxes... won't be back just because of that A hole

The food is good, but beware when you buy a beverage. The drinks here have always been refillable, but suddenly they are not. They charged $2.79 for a small drink and never mentioned that I couldn’t refill it. Drinks are cheaper and refillable elsewhere nearby so it would be prudent to take your business elsewhere.

The manger here has 0 customer service skills. 1st time I ever went and didn’t explain anything. He threw away perfectly good meats. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! I’ll never eat here ever again!
