This was ridiculous! Also, another review said it happened yesterday too in the middle of the day around 2pm!! For me, It was 6pm and there was a sign saying "Will be back. We are prepping." and there's 4 guys that look like they're in high school just standing around while 1 of them is opening bags of hot dogs and putting sticks in them... like wtf? You don't do that! You get the hot dog ready when someone orders one! Then an hour later, we saw lady ask them and then saw her walking away from them towards us. We asked if they were still closed and she said yeah, and my mom's like it's been over an hour! The lady was like, "are you freaking kidding me? wtf?" Also, the guys who told my mom, who asked how much longer it's gonna take, was extremely rude and had an attitude. I took photos of the sign a little later (like 20 mins later) before I left the mall and there was no one to be seen! It looked like they all left and I couldn't hear anyone in the back at all! I'm 28 yrs old and I feel like i'm 70 complaining about how these kids are lazy as hell and goof off. And on top of that, they're rude! Didn't their parents teach them manners? Like if I did that at any job I had, I would be fired!

What has happened to this wonderfully nostalgic food place? Growing up there used to be sweet cute young people smiling and working hard...today, just the opposite. With that said, my 24 year old daughter wanted a bit of her childhood and asked to purchase a hot dog on a stick. We were abruptly told that they are closed as they were "prepping" because they were out of food. It's currently 2:30pm on Friday...why are you out of food and closed down during the middle of the day? Embarrassing!

I ordered a frozen lemonade for delivery and they gave me fresh. Ordered again later and they gave me fresh lemonade instead again.

This place is horrible they ripped me off by hot dogs were 7 dollars and 50 cents the guy gave me 7 dollars and 50 cents back he still owed me 5 dollars DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE

Love this place. I like the cheese on a stick. Ordering here is easy and the workers are kind. I also like how the place looks. I enjoy going here a lot.

Went to get lunch with daughter at the Oaks. She definitely wanted Hot Dog on a Stick. Sign on counter saying "Be back soon". A huge line developed and after 30 minutes still no service. Lights and fryer were on, drink machine running but nobody there. We all called and all got a busy signal. Lots of crying kids. Terrible!
Had a great time. The was there was there and very engaged, the food, is custom made. There is a difference between a corn dog and a hot dog on a stick. Service is super quick considering nothing is premadeI love the new food court also. Super clean and really the center of this mallWow biting into one if these is a flavor explosion I didn't expect. Super juicy!

We just went in at 8 pm and the person behind the counter said that they were closed and we couldn’t order. Now checking it says they close at 9pm, after we have already left.

Absolutely terrible! I went here last week and I couldn't believe my eyes. The bald headed manager was SMOKING his Vape in the back and even passed his vape to the KIDS working there. This happened while I was waiting for my order and when I placed my order the bald manager with red shirt was playing pool on his phone and the food was terrible my corn dog was raw! And the other dog was burnt!? I don't understand how that happens also the lemonade tasted like water NOT SWEET AT ALL. The place was extremely dirty there was ketchup and mustard all over the left side of the counter and the right side was super sticky I even saw a ROACH crawling on the wall next to the lemonade. The Health department REALLY needs to check this place out!!! DO NOT EAT HERE if you care about your health.

Waited for 15 minutes to get 3 corn dogs and a large fries that tasted a day old. Total garbage neither of my kids or myself could finish the cold and burnt corn dogs or soggy fries
