I have ordered few times from this place before giving review, if you want to try authentic Chinese food, this is not the place.

We yelped and found this gem! This place transports you back in time in a very cute way with its ambience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We ordered the spicy garlic chicken and sweet and sour chicken which did not disappoint! The food here is extremely flavorful and delicious. Portions are great and again...food is sooooo good! I would most definitely recommend this place. They have great lunch specials too. 5 stars from us!

We were a party of 8, Had a great time, with great service. The menu was extensive, the food had different flavors from one another and we definitely got value for money. We would definitely recommend Imperial Garden Chinese Restaurant.

Dated interior, but clean and well maintained. Average cuisine, a step above panda express for sure. Staff are kind, attentive.

I love the food here! The service is so good. The workers are very humble and feel grateful each time we come. My children love the fish there. It is really very fresh.

My best friend drives down for an hour to come eat the salt and pepper tofu here with me nearly every other weekend. The food is so good! The workers are super amiable and sweet. I've been coming here throughout my entire college career and am never disappointed!

Don't bother unless you're a fan of raw chicken or Clorox. Both flavors are prominent here.

The restaurant is a nice size. The food was good. However,I had shrimp in lobster sauce , but there was no lobster sauce just soup. I was surprised no lobster sauce. The other food such as garlic chicken, sesame chicken, spicy beef were very tasty. I had egg drop soup,my wife had sweet and sour and both were not what we are used to in Florida; they had very little flavor. You have to pay extra for rice; I have never heard of that in any Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten it before. California is a very strange place to eat in. The service was fine.

We decided to give Imperial Garden a try for lunch after having a nice dinner experience a few months ago. The service speedy but unfortunately the food was delivered on a tray plate that felt like it had been in the freezer. The fried rice was cold and got colder with each bite. Flavor was bland. We reported this to the server and were given an array of reasons why, not the least of which was they prepare the rice in the morning. Not sure how that response would make us feel better, but he did offer to have it warmed up. That option never feels good. He should've offered to replace it. A simple I'm sorry your rice is cold. Let me replace it - with no excuses would've been a much better response. That being said the entrées were great and piping hot as was the hot and sour soup. I guess all in all two out of three is not bad and that's why I rated them a 3.
