Consistently terrible customer service. Tried last week at 3:01 when they close at 3:00 and she wouldn't even talk to us. Got there today about 2:00, and was told they're all out of sherbet - all flavors. "Ok, so can you still make smoothies?" Answer: "not really, no." Ok... my 7 year old son is hot and thirsty. Can we buy a bottle of water? "No, we don't sell water." Ummm... that's weird... ok can we at least have a small cup of water from the tap? "No... we don't give out water." Seriously? He's a little boy. I can see a sink behind you. Can you please just give him a cup of water? "No" This person should not interact with the public. Jamba should yank this franchise.

This place is horrible. They have 5 kids working in it yet it takes over 15 minutes to get a drink. They don't call your name so they let the drink sit there. Every drink I have ever gotten from them has been all watery!!! Then people stand around by the order window so you think their is a huge line. This place need help and new management!!!

The bowls are pretty consistent and yummy. The drinks tho, are sometimes thick, sometimes watery.. depending on who's making it. I have gotten the same smoothie with relatively different results. Definitely use the Tapingo app to order ahead, then it saves you from waiting in the usually long lines. Since there are not many on campus food or drinks options this location is always busy, especially between classes.. so order ahead!
