Please tell me why I’m paying 20 dollars for a piece of bread with one slice of ham on it. They don’t have straws anymore. False advertising, photos of food actually have meat, the food got had basically none. Restaurants in CA are headed in the wrong direction. Big thanks to Gavin and the supermajority of spendocrats for making it so expensive to live. Stop giving entry level workers 20 dollars an hour. This is not sustainable.

I always eat at Jersey Mike’s and it’s always a nice experience. The kid behind the counter today was super rude and had major attitude.No hi, bye, thank you or anything. Twice now I've ordered a sandwich, paid added bacon and it's not been on the sandwich. Literally every time I order from here something to some degree in my order is messed up and it's so disappointing. The food can be good but they don't pay attention. :(

The people are generally pretty nice, and the service is usually pretty quick as well. But the problem I seem to have over and over at this location is order accuracy, which is very disappointing. Like, unless I'm ordering in front of them my sandwich is never what I ask for. I'm honestly just going to stop tipping on my online orders... why give you more money to not give me what I paid for. Again, very disappointing.

This was my first time ordering at a Jersey Mikes and they were so nice and patient. My husband loves there #7 Mikes Way. Mikes Way: lettuce, tomato, white onion, salt&pepper spice mix, red wine vinegar and olive oil. He orders it about once a week.

I wish I could leave zero stars from the incompetence of not be able to read menus, their own menus. One of my employees doesn't eat bacon it's part of his religion, this dumb fucks over here throw bacon on it every time! I spend easily an excess of $100 every time I roll in here, for shit service, never again

Was in the area and placed an order on the app on my phone for 5 sandwiches. Some hot and some cold, but all delicious. My favorite one is the Chicken Philly. The app said the food would be ready in 16 mins and my food was there and ready on time. It was very busy when I arrived and they had a long line but seemed to be moving through it pretty quickly. They have lots of indoor and outdoor options if you want to enjoy your food there.They do not have as many parking sports right in front but if you move closer to the Starbucks and McDonald's, there will be plenty.

The manager here, Alex, thought it was a good idea to yell at me for showing up "too early" during normal business hours. They were supposed to be open according to the sign on the door but the doors were still locked. Very professional, I'm sure corporate is really happy to have a gem like him running one of their restaurants.I know it's a tough job but I frequent this location and have never been rude to a single person working there and I leave a tip nearly every single time I go in. Considering how embarrassed the employees seemed by Alex's behavior, I'm guessing this isn't the first time he's freaked out at work. Pretty scary that Alex is the one in charge at this location and behaves like that. Hopefully corporate makes a change before they lose more customers.

I'm a doordash employee. There are Bout 6 employee at the thousand oaks jersey Mike's. Just cleaning and I'm waiting for my order to deliver and said it will be done 10 min I been waiting here for 20 min. I ask again for the order. Said it's not done until 30 more min. Every one that passed through the door was already attempted. But I need to wait 30 more mins because it not time for the order to be picked up

Worst experience I've ever had at any jersey mikes!!!!! Customer service from the people behind the counter was ridiculously awful they also messed up my sandwich twice when all I asked for was mikes way! When I told them they messed up they gave me attitude and a dirty look! Also think the kids behind the counter were high as a kite cause they looked oblivious to everything I said! And didn't care about fixing my order so I took my sandwich that I paid for and walked out while still being the wrong way I ordered it! Will never be returning to this store!!!!!

The team working today (Christmas eve 3pm) needs some training.There was one other customer in the store...but she was done and gone by the time my order for a chicken phillie was turned in. The order taker put my order above the grill and apparently the fellow fixing sandwiches was supposed to cook my order. But first (without looking at me or saying a word) he decided the cooked bacon on the grill needed to move over to the prep table and the not yet cooked bacon needed to be tended to. The other two guys had nothing to do...and that's what they were doing...nothing. So after waiting about five minutes after giving my order so someone could to start cooking my chicken and with nothing happening I said "apparently no one wants to fix my order so cancel it". Nobody said a word. I left and went next door to McDonald's. If any of the three was supposed to be in charge he was certainly not providing any leadership.
