Busy busy busy, it's usually a good indicator want to place is busy, and that was certainly the case with Jersey mikes here in Newbury ParkThis place has a great selection of sub sandwiches. The restaurant was clean, orderly, and the staff very friendly. The background music playing on the Soundsystem was entertaining and at the perfect volume. we could still talk but not overrun by the music sound.Most importantly, the sandwiches were fantastic, and my wife and I enjoyed the introduction of the mini sub perfect for those that do not want to over eat

I opted to get a couple of hot sandwiches last Sunday instead of cooking myself. Called in an order, and the hot sandwiches were ready when I arrived. The kid behind the counter (Todd) was very pleasant and witty funny.Great sandwiches and great staff.

The 2 gentleman working tonight made each of my 3 sandwiches perfectly! They were very friendly and patient. Assuming they were the only 2 employees in the store, they handled the dinner rush very well. Excellent experience!

First off, let me start off by saying that my experience at Jersey Mikes this morning was absolutely phenomenal. I recently read another Yelp review by someone named Lance S. and thought, "Hey, let me give it a shot!". So, I went this morning and just like fellow Yelp reviewer Lance S. said, Jersey Mikes employee Evan was the best!! He was so friendly, had a smile on his face, and knew how to make a darn good sub. Don't get me wrong, all of the Jersey Mikes employees were awesome, but Evan truly stood out to me as someone who I will remember. I ordered a mini Italian sub because I am a tiny person and I just wanted a tiny breakfast. However, what was small in size sure had a TON of flavor. Evan meticulously made my sub, picking all of the freshest shreds of lettuce, the cleanest slices of tomato, and best of all, he evenly squirted those delicious Mikes Way juices onto my sub. Upon arrival to my house, I tore into my sub and it was DELICIOUS! From a culinary perspective, my sub was absolute perfection. Major props to Evan for the fabulous sub. I will definitely be back!

Ordered a delivery online. They have special instructions blocked and says to call. However they don’t answer the phone!! So the order will probably be incorrect and I have no way to communicate that ketchup is needed. Very unprofessional not to answer your phone especially when you instruct people to call!
