Ordered online through the website and it said this location was open. Waited for an hour refreshing the order page until I finally tried calling but was met to no answer. I decided to then drive to the establishment to find it closed and a paper saying "Low staffed Sorry:(". Never got sandwich or money back. Terrible establishment and franchises. Go to Jersey Mikes.

What happened to your bread??? I always chose you over jersey mikes because of your bread. The last two orders I've had youre rolls are substantially smaller. I thought by mistake I ordered one of the slim sandwiches, but again today , NO! you're making your sandwiches smaller and of course paying just as much if not more. And the bread today is over baked, crunchy and the ends burned. Super bummed out. Probably won't be returning.

It's Jimmy Johns, so it's hard to say anything negative about them. This location fully meets the standards that any discerning customer would expect: quality, speed, and value. We have a ton of sandwich options in the area and this place can be counted on to fill you an, leave you satisfied, and not break the bank. If you've never tried JJ's, give them a try. Simply fantastic. Note: all expected covid protocols being followed during my visit.

This is a great place. The food is always good, and the service is always good.I was surprised that someone else said something negative about the bread, because that is my favorite part of their sandwiches. Maybe it was just an off-day; who knows.

Placed order for pick up at 1:17, arrived in store at 1:30 and they had not started making the 8 sandwiches. Only one customer there and 4 guys working. Informed they had no tuna. Took them 10 min to make subs. NOT freaky fast.

Staying nearby for a couple nights to do some hiking in the area. Came here after my hike today and paid $1.25 to add cheese to my slim sandwich, only to get back to my hotel and discover there's no cheese in sight. Do better y'all, this order consisted of three ingredients and you missed one completely. No bueno

Good sandwiches when they actually get your order right. 90% of the time when ordering delivery they always mess up. Forgetting the extra avocado spread or any customizations you may have for the sandwich. Used to be good but service is terrible now. Probably not coming back again.

I wanted to love it. I really did. But the sandwich was sloppily made. The bottom of the bread was so soggy it was like a paste. The sides of the bread were hard and cold. The sandwich was crammed with so much lettuce that's all you can taste. It had 3 slices of super thin sliced ham that lined the bottom. I took 4 bites and had to get rid of it. It was like eating a lettuce sandwich. Sad thing is, it wasn't crowded at all, so there should have been no excuse for the mess I got. Hoping it was just a fluke. Maybe I'll try again in a couple of months considering how many good reviews this particular location got.

I was told many stories of how by the time you ordered at one end of the counter and got to the other side to pay, your sandwich was waiting for you to enjoy. Hence, the Freaky Fast slogan. Unfortunately due to Covid, I still have yet to experience the true Freaky Fast service, but in time I look forward to witnessing this magic right before my very eyes. Over this past year, I've come to J.J.'s a few times and have pre-ordered ahead of time for in-store pick up. My orders were always ready, correct and still fresh once I arrived back home. The companies "bread and butter" Jimmy John's most notable characteristic of what separates them from their competition is quite literally their bread. Baked fresh throughout the day, J.J.'s bread is guaranteed fresh and most locations even sell "day old bread" to ensure your sandwich is always the freshest it can be. What sidekick should every sandwich have? Ummm if you guessed chips and a fresh baked cookie, you just might be a psychic. Maybe. Probably not.. And what's better?? Jimmy John's has their own line of chips and freshly baked cookies to Boot. I don't know about you...but I'm getting hungry writing this review and I think ol' Jimmy is going to be hearing from me soon. So the next time you need to get your freak on or at least get your sandwich freaky fast... head over to Jimmy John's Newbury Park and Get. Your. Sandwich. on!

Great fast food sandwich. I always enjoy getting the Vito. The bread was nicely hollowed out and they don't completely slice through keeping the bread in one piece. IMO its much easier to eat this way, it allows the cold cuts to fit better, and the cross section looks much better. I got mine with the Jimmy mustard which added a nice crunchy texture from the mustard seeds. Definitely not artisanal, but what I enjoy about this place is their bread. It has this extremely smooth non-porous texture. On this occasion the bread was darker than usual but still good. Hot peppers were good also.

I literally just had THE worst experience with this store. My company and I ordered 3 sandwiches online. After waiting TWO hours for a delivery from a place that is 1.6 miles away, I finally called. I was told my company's order was delivered and left at the gate of an unknown address. They said they would comp the order and it would be no problem.. After waiting another 25 mins, our ordered finally arrived.. With a receipt and missing a sandwich. When I called the store to tell them what happened I was met with a very unfriendly attitude. A young kid on the other end told me it's was too bad and the order was already completed. As we speak, my husband is at the location now so hopefully we see a resolution to this, but I highly suggest you do not ever order from this location. EVER. SO RUDE!!!!!!!
