Phone orders are not being taken accordingly! So when the customer goes in for their order they're Enraged!

The service was horrible. I was on my lunch break. I ordered 40 minutes before and the food wasn't ready. The guys name Axel he said the phone order didn't go through and he was rude. He wanted us to wait extra 10 to 20 minutes. I will never go there again he's a douche bag.

Picked up a hot pizza for $3 and ate it in my car on my lunch break. I swear to God I've never had a better pizza, which is strange cause this is Little Caesars. Whoever is working in this place is doing it right.

They will lie to you about wait times. was told 20 minutes from when I ordered my pizza for my order to be ready came back in 20 minutes to be told my order hasn't even been started. Management clearly doesn't care about their customers there as they have nobody running their front when they have a full house avoid this Little Caesars they will waste your time.

This business should have its closing time changed to 30 minutes earlier or the building should be demolished and the manager / employees fired.

Overall the pizza is little ceasers, and my kids love it. Been going here for years now. I always order through the app so i can go pick it up and not have to wait. For the last month however the place has been so so late, way past the ready by time at least by 20 mins or longer. The employees do not seem thrilled to be working (that’s the nice way of saying they all look miserable) and it’s really noticeable. The last time it was late, our order was just sitting in some random place for awhile instead of being loaded into the pizza portal.Hoping the place can address the tardiness at least?Edit: Someone who works there was just super polite and apologized, that’s a good sign!

Management and/or corporate really need to get their stuff together. Perpetually understaffing a restaurant might looks like it saves money, making your financial reports look fluffier, but you're losing out on business and you're burning out good employees with these cheap tricks. I can't remember the last time it was less an a half-hour wait for a pizza that advertises based on being something you can come in and pick up with little to no wait. The pizza portal never has the sauces you've paid for, and there's never anyone around to get them from behind the counter. Last Saturday, I ordered two pizzas, was told it was going to be 30 minutes, and then lost over an hour there because there was no pizza and no one to refund my money so I could go somewhere else. I wasn't the only one, either; the storefront and the sidewalk outside were full of people waiting for orders. Supposedly it's all because of online ordering for delivery services, but there were a few Doordash drivers there getting screwed over like the rest of us, so I'm not sure how legit that excuse is. The pizza is fine and all, but if it's going to be over an hour, I'm going somewhere else or getting delivery.

What's not to love about the under $7 lunch combo???Their thin crust full size flat pizza is a great pie at 9 ish dollars. It's not going to win the accolades of foodie snobs, but will make your wallet happy and put a smile on your face, when you have a pizza jones. ??

They didn't cut my pizza, we went to the park and we had to go home and cut it. Wow to lazy for the job

I went to this place at 9:38 and asked for a pizza. The manager said we close in 22 minutes so I'm not taking any more orders. I don't want to make you a pizza or I'll be here all night. LOL. Don't pizzas take 10 minutes? The owner obviously doesn't care if his employees run this place into the ground. Imagine all the places going out of business, and this particular place is turning down business. Very smart business move!

I like the pizzas here though I go for the simplest (classic cheese) one usually. I like the ability to place an order online and track it until it is ready for pickup. Today, however, the shop was 10 minutes behind schedule. The apo gave me a time by which my pizza would be ready. I reached a few minutes after then and still had to wait another 10 minutes. Still, the guy at the counter was polite & friendly. The pizza was hot & tasty.
