Just put an $80 order in online and paid ahead of time, not thinking this place was closed. The transaction processed and when I pulled up to the restaurant it was closed! I'm furious! What kind of establishment allows for online transactions to happen, when they're closed?! Regardless of Covid-19 happenings, if you're business is closed you should disable the online order options.

Not sure why this place is always empty. I guess the old yogurtland aesthetic is a little weird, but it's a delicious family owned business. Very authentic and amongst the best Thai food in Ventura county. Reasonable prices and big portions. Worth checking out!

I went there today. It was the second time I phoned in my order and picked up lunch to go for a co-worker and myself. I love the Pho and love the way they separate it so you can add everything yourself when you get to your destination. The food once again was delicious. I don't give 5 stars often, but the customer service I experienced today with Alex was top notch in every aspect. I will definitely go again and will refer friends to go as well. Thank you

Compared to what other Asian restaurants give, their portions were a bit smaller than you'll find anywhere else. in my most recent visit, I got sick from the sizzling beef plate. The beef tasted bad, and sure enough I got sick hours later. Never again. Much better off at Panda Express. This place won't be around long.

Honestly horrible service. Ordered one drink and took 10 minute to make it. The girl at the counter had big bulky headphones on and was really unprofessional and rude. When I got my drink after 10 minutes I said "thank you so much" and she replied. "Yep" and walked away and went back to looking at her phone. Super unprofessional. Another person walked in there and asked if they had Togo menu because she never had been there before and she replied. " No just take a picture" to me that's really disrespectful. Wouldn't not recommend

Get your food To-Go!!! Front staff is ruining this restaurant. When walking in, the lady jumped up from a booth and started shouting at us. She continued to be very rude and even started cussing while I was paying for my food. We asked for water, never got it, and Was also not offered a receipt. Tables were sticky and dirty. To top of the weird experience, the lady then proceeds to start closing up the restaurant at 6:30 on a Friday night. Really unfortunate experience because the food was actually great. Veggies were really nice and they give big portions.
