It's just a good old McDonald's restaurant. What is there really much to say? These burgers will never be Gordon Ramsey Michelin's three-star quality so really it's just the fast-paced service and effective communication (hence, FAST food) Your food will come FAST at this McDonald's location! ?

Pretty bland nothing sticks out some employees are really nice but... there is one guy who works the drive through who always seems like he's in a bad mood and kinda just seems annoyed your ordering. Of u wanna keep him move him somewhere where he doesn't have customer interaction.

When I am in the area.. I usually frequent this location.. There are a few McDonald's that I like in different cities..due to the Food preparation and swift service. I had my personal driver take me there this morning... I needed coffee ☕.., just a few days prior.. My friend ordered me one .. I really prefer McDonald's coffee over Starbucks. This brand has a weird toxic euphoria... I swear I feel like I am buzzed for some reason ?.. This happened to me in 2015. I full stopped drinking McDonald's coffee due to the euphoria feeling,., (Caffeine) . Lately I have been having sleeping issues..due to stress and working on scripts. So I said why not... "?? This is my second cup In a row to the drive in.. Anyway.. don't know what they are dropping in this coffee ? "? On my first trip I also ordered hash browns ... I have no complaints.. ☕. .. THIS flavor is just too STRONG for my needs.. ??"!. I recommend this for Truck drivers, Doctors and Nurses.

I'll admit I tend to be both a picky eater and a bit repetitive, if I find something I like, I'll eat it every day until something else sparks my interest.So my latest breakfast obsession is a McDonald's sausage and egg sandwich. Obviously, this latest breakfast obsession will have to run a short course before it starts showing up on my body! Still, I'm a creature of habit and that's my latest breakfast habit.With that said, breakfast is served daily till 11 am. My hubby went to pick up my sandwich today and pulled up to the drive-thru order box at 10:47 am at the McD's at the corner of Moorpark Rd/Janns Rd.Hubby ordered the usual, (the sandwich, & a small Diet Coke. Dare I say, at the usual time too, since I usually get breakfast between 10:30 and 11:00). The guy says to him, "We're out of breakfast", and cause that's a weird response my hubby clarified that he said, "you're out of breakfast?" And was rudely told, "Yes! We're out of breakfast!" So, with no explanation as to why yesterday and the day before that, breakfast had been served till 11:00 am then maybe a "Sorry sir, we ran out of almost everything & are changing to lunch a few minutes earlier today. Can I offer anything else, a Big Mac perhaps?" Or ANYTHING along those words... I'd even understand if he was told something like, "Breakfast is technically served till 11:00 am but we try to take the last orders for breakfast at 10:45 am to allow time to switch the line over to lunch. Would you like a Happy Meal?" Too much to ask from a multi-billion dollar company? Does McDonalds not care about returning customers? Are they so rich that they don't even CARE that not only was breakfast cut early, but the reasoning for it was blamed on their being "OUT OF BREAKFAST" by 10:47 am & "Yes! We're out of breakfast!" Then nothing else suggesting my hubby gets lost basically.I'm disappointed, to say the least. I felt compelled to say something because I was so disappointed! This girl likes what this girl likes for breakfast!

I wanted to give it more stars but for starters the staff sucks they don't greet you or even say thank you for dining with them then there's the food I don't know what it has been with literally every single McDonald's I have been to lately but they must sanitize their play area because it smells

Worst service ever! I order a coffee and when I had a sip coffee was supper cold and when I ask if they had hot coffee the response I got was that it was hot but since a had requested creamers in it that’s what made it cold it’s the same amount of creamer I always get it with so the guy replay “ so what do you want me to do “ I don’t think that was the right answer

It's now probably the worst McDonald's in the area. They removed nearly everyone from behind the counter and added a bunch of automated kiosks. Most of the brain surgeons that try to use it don't know how, so yes ordering is a nightmare. Also, the cherry on the top; be careful at this place if paying by card. Twice this past month I've been double charged for the same order. Only found out at home later.

The Drive-thru Workers do not listen when you're ordering your food a specific way. So when you have to take your food back. Because it's cold or not freshly made. They look at you like it's your fault.And for them to tell a customer. That's why you're supposed to look at the screen. When you order your food to make sure everything is right is absolutely ridiculous. They are the ones taking the order. I can barely see the Screen, especially at night. Workers are rude and do not listen to instructions.
