I find it very frustrating that they don't have people taking orders who can understand English. You have repeat your order several times and then hope they understood you.

I don't usually enjoy McDonald's food. The last meal I had from the Moorpark Rd location was utterly terrible. However, this McDonald's seems to do it right (especially with the recent changes to the hamburgers). The buns are soft, the meat is juicy, and the fries are super fresh.I never thought that I'd say this, but I look forward to eating here again.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options here. Not even the plastic instruments are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: I recommend choosing carefully if you have dietary restrictions. As we are all aware, McDonald's is unhealthy. The frying oil and other ingredients may also contain products derived from seeds or nuts.Parking: There is probably more parking than this place will ever need. If the most immediate parking lot fills up for whatever reason, there are still plenty of spots nearby.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid-friendly.

Employees don't seem to care about customer service at this location. I had a code from the McDonald's app for a free hash brown (1500 pts) and I used it for my order. I gave the nice lady the code and on the app, it said that the code was accepted. When I received my order from another lady, there wasn't an extra hash brown. I asked about the extra hash brown and noticed that it wasn't rung up on my receipt. When I placed my order, the first worker had to re-enter my order from some reason so I didn't catch it. So I asked if I can still use the code to get the free hash brown, the second worker said no since it was now passed 10:30a. I showed her that my order on my receipt was taken at 10:29a, so technically it was still breakfast. I believe that if the code wasn't valid, it wouldn't have been accepted at the time I placed my order and it would have said not valid at lunch time on the app. When I asked the first worker, she acknowledged that she received the code but the store manager said that it wasn't valid since it was now lunch at 10:35a. LolThe employees and the store manager just do not seem to care. It is sad as I live nearby this location and have been a customer for many years. will be sure to let my friends know in the community about the decline in customer service and lack of care by their employees. The first worker that took my order was very nice but did not speak English that well. In the future, I will be more inclined to use the self-service kiosks to avoid any confusion.

I visited 11/10 in the morning and placed an order thru the app for pickup. I was unaware that pickup meant inside only and had driven up into the drive thru. I explained to them that I had a mobile order for pickup and they couldn't find it. I gave them my code again and they realized it was for indoor pickup. The lady at the window made a gesture (kind of like a wtf is wrong with you gesture) and said that next time I need to come inside to pick it up. My sandwich was soggy and crushed and they forgot two of our items. I get that fast food can be stressful but being rude and then messing up the order ain't a good look.

Food kinda tasted bland and there was no limited sauce even though they were showing it on display. Would recommend if they had the limited sauces and if the food was a little bit better. I also asked for sugar packets and packets of creamer for my coffee but they didn't give me any.

I usually would rate this place 5 stars Howe I had a unacceptable error I had ordered my food online and the service was excellent and basically no waiting time but after finishing my fries i started eating my burger and the taste was off so when I looked inside the burger I had a PAPER TOWEL in my burger how does this even happen?? I’m disgusted I spent nearly ten dollars on this burger I would expect atleast decent quality but no instead I get this

Being honest, I try to avoid feeding junk (sulfates and preservatives) to my kids. Sometimes, there's no alternative. This morning, I ordered 3x McMuffin sandwiches toasted well (because they always appears warmed there and not toasted like every picture plastered throughout the establishment). After struggling with a very difficult accent at the drive-up window, I pulled forward, paid for the order, and was handed my change as she slid the window closed without a word. Pulled forward to the second window where I was asked to park and wait even though there was not a single car ahead of me. In a rush to get my kid to school, I asked why the wait? I was told because I ordered it "well done". After waiting several minutes, I got out of the car and walked in all to find the order sitting in a drawer! I expressed my frustration with the (person in charge) and how it could have simply been toasted 10-20 seconds more and there began the argument. If that's not enough, I opened 1 of the 3x sandwiches in her presence all to find the bread BARELY TOASTED! I tossed the sandwich back into the bag, asked for the refund as she became aggressive. I am sure this is on film and look forward to their explanation. My kid went to school hungry this morning. I tried to get complaint info from the (person in charge), she stated "just call the number on the receipt". Well, I have done so three times this morning and not heard back from Ms. Steph Deeney. Pathetic.

What a pleasant experience today! Big shout out to Martha and Robert. I came by to order 12 coffees today for my staff, and I have to tell you Martha and Roberto were the most friendliest people. Martha came out, helped me with my bags was kind to check in on me.

Not a good mcdonalds. No drink machine in dining room. Staff completely ignores you at the front if you need anything. Even if the restaurant has no other customers count on waiting for anything you need like your order or refills. Also as other reviews have said the staff is unfriendly
