Orders are wrong food is old. I ordered a deluxe breakfast the sausage was good the pancakes tasted old and I ordered unsweetened iced tea and they gave me sweet tea so they took it back and gave me sweet tea again so I give it back and then they give me unsweetened iced tea
When an order goes awry, they're always willin' to (& succeed in) gettin' it right the 2nd time, in an acceptable amount of time & never on your dime. Gotta love that way of doin' business. Remodeled our location once more. Lookin' good McD's.

As many, many others have said, this is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to from ordering to inevitably having to deal with management when the order gets screwed up, it’s nothing but incompetence and rudeness all around. This is based on at least four individual experiences. Unfortunately, nothing ever changes and we won’t be back.
