Note that this review is only for their service. I visited last Thursday for lunch and ordered my food, to-go. As I waited, I saw the busser call out each order by name and give each customer their order. However, when my order was up, he called for my name and when I reached for it as he was handing it to me, he stopped, pulled back the order bag, and asked me what I had ordered, as though this order was not mine or based on whatever judgement he had, decided to question me. "what did you order?" To which I replied: "A turkey sandwich" and he came back with "oh, you mean the farm sandwich?" He did not do this for anyone else, in the ten minutes that I waited for my order. Please do better. Train your people better. This is NOT OKAY. What a horrible experience. My other two co-workers was also there and they were not questioned about their order either. Do better Mendocino Farms.

My family and I recently decided to spice up our lunch gathering by ordering from Mendocino Farms in Westlake Village's catering menu and it was a hit! Ordering online was a breeze, and when I arrived for pickup on the designated date and time, everything was prepared and waiting for me, complete with disposable dining ware for easy cleanup. The curry couscous dish was as delicious as ever and quickly became a family favorite. Their salads - always fresh, crunchy, and bursting with flavor, they provided the perfect accompaniment to our meal.

Total loss of $30.00 with no recourse for reimbursement. We recently placed an order for delivery from Mendocino's app. The address on the order was transposed and the order was mis-delivered to a neighboring home several doors down. No delivery notification was sent so my elderly mom continued to wait for her meal. Some time later a neighbor, having noticed something outside their door, came over and asked my mom if she had perhaps placed an order that she had not received which is how she came to find, belatedly, that the wait was over. However the food had been sitting outside at that point for some time and was no longer safe to eat. Upon follow up with Mendocino Farms, my mom was told they weren't responsible and any complaints should be directed to the delivery driver. Not necessarily unreasonable. What is absolutely unreasonable is that Mendocino Farms in this case is unable to say which delivery service is responsible. Well listen, you made the food yes, and you're out that money and shouldn't be penalized for meeting your part of the bargain, and you gave that food to a person to deliver and they made a mistake and should be responsible, but if you can't, or won't, say who you handed that food off to then you do then at that point become responsible, no? If you can't or won't say who misdelivered this order then didn't you in effect have a hand in "losing this order"? I do know how to avoid having an unfortunate loss of money like this re-occur though. It involves avoiding placing orders with businesses who then go on to lose those orders either directly or indirectly and whose only reply upon follow up is "we aren't responsible" (and by the way, we're unable to say who is!). Vicious circle.

Yesterday I had brought my family to Mendo Farms for lunch. We ordered some delicious sandwiches! Our food was absolutely fresh and very tasty- SO good we had no leftovers! We were greeted with a smile as usual and had a great customer service experience as always. Unfortunately, during our visit, we witnessed a situation What looked to be an online pick up from a driver or 2 with the manager. It caught my attention because I was so impressed on how she was handling the situation, it also looked to be that she was in the middle of training a new hire while the situation took place. She took over 20 minutes with so much grace and patience I had to leave a review on not only her handling a situation with excellence. But it showed awesome character! We appreciate everyone at Mendo farms! Keep it up and we appreciate your guys hard work!

Most incredible and friendly staff! They deserve 10+ stars. Each time I visit, the cashiers are so kind and have great customer service skills. The stores always extremely well kept and tidy. My orders are always correct, which is super important to me. It shows they actually care and take the time to ensure it's the right food, and that it's packaged properly If I don't already come here enough for the food (club sandwich is the BEST btw), it's most definitely the staff that keeps me coming back.

Food is great no question about that, but do NOT order sides. You will pay $3.25 for a small side that is maybe 3-4 bites. It is robbery! Plus, on top of paying for 2 small side, I get the wrong sides. I guess thats what happens when you order online and cannot watch them read your order correctly. Let's learn to read the order receipt a little bit better!

I was very pleased with my first experience at Mendocino Farms! I got the Prosciutto & Chicken Sandwich and a cup of Turkey Sausage Soup. Both were very delicious & fresh, yet unique flavors you don't find everywhere. There are a lot of great sounding sandwiches and salads. I will definitely have to come back to try them all. It's a little pricey, and you have to wait a bit if it's busy (my soup & sandwich took 15 minutes to get and with a drink, cost $24.13). But, it's quality ingredients, and in my opinion, worth it. The portions are also generous. I also thought the person taking my order, Wyatt, was fantastic. Very friendly & helpful! He asked me how my day was going, and helped me with what to pick since this was my first time here. Very good customer service!

I am so glad I found this place with the best sandwich options around and amazing salads I can't believe how many organic options they have and the green drink on tap is a great tasty way to get veggies in too! I like to mix the green drink with a little lemonade and it hits the spot and quenches my thirst just right! Love it here wish there was more of them around!
