The toppings are skimpy, but you can ask for more without extra charge. The staff is all very young. But they can be fairly easily reminded that customers are important.

Food - always great, fresh, made to order. Service - that's why I'm writing this... we've been to this Mod location many times but the Service tonight was Outstanding. Our pizza-maker was so dedicated, making sure the toppings were evenly distributed and went right to the edge, he even seemed to pause to look at his creation and add a bit more here and there, like it was a work of art. Love this! He also went out of his way to make sure we had all the dipping sauce we needed ( they appeared to be out but he found more). Ambiance - this location has a clean inside as well as a big beautiful fountain just outside the doors so you can't go wrong. Additionally this location hosts fundraiser nights for our high school sports teams so... I'm in. Keep up the great work!

Stopped by MOD pizza to try a couple of their limited time only pizzas. We ordered ahead on the app, which was super convenient - allowing us to customize them, if we chose. We opted to get them as is to try it the way they were designed. The Bacon Jalapeño Popper pizza was pretty good. Topped with a white garlic sauce, jalapenos, cheddar and mozzarella, topped with ranch dressing. All the toppings worked well together. The other pizza was the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. A simpler pizza, but quite a bit more flavor from the buffalo sauce. It wasn't too spicy, probably a very mild buffalo sauce. There was quite a bit of chicken, so that was nice...and they provided 2 extra containers of extra sauce. I really liked this one!

Came here for their new pizzas: Bacon Jalapeño Popper Pizza and Buffalo Chicken Pizza. As always I enjoy their crust perfectly cooked with the right amount of crispiness & chew. Out of the two the Bacon Jalapeño Poppper Pizza was my favorite. The Jalapeños had a nice hotness about them. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was good and the blue cheese bits worked very well.

I love the pizza at mod in Newbury Park/Thousand Oaks. The manager as well as the employees are awesome and go out of their way to please. I'm a regular and will continue to tell my friends that this is the best pizza in the area for the money.

We love MOD and go every couple weeks. Our favorite employee is Darren (sorry if I spelled his name wrong!) who is always so kind and welcoming, with excellent customer service skills. I love that I can get exactly what I want without having to pay per topping, and without having to share. ;-). There is plenty of seating so it's a nice place to hang out without feeling rushed, and they play really good music too - usually 80's rock.

Ugh...worst service. Stood there waiting to be helped at least 10 minutes. Then the guy at the counter, looked at me without even as much as hello or thank you for waiting and began with "what sauce do you want". After pizzas were boxed up, got them home to see they weren't even cut. Awful customer service.
