If I could give -5 stars, I would!I am so incredibly disappointed with the service I received at the Thousand Oaks Noah’s Bagels on December 24th. I placed an order through the app well in advanced for a dozen bagels that I was serving for Christmas breakfast. When I went to pick up my order I was informed that since I paid with Apple Pay my order was never sent to the store and was cancelled. Then I was told they were sold out of bagels and there “was nothing they could do”. Why offer this service if your stores cannot fulfill orders? I have yet to receive my refund and I do not have bagels for Christmas. Thank you Noah’s bagels. I will not be bringing my business here in the future.

I love Noah’s Bagels that I even buy 2 dozens bagels at least once month to take to my work.But this place has the worse manager i have ever seen(George K ) . I just moved in the city and I have been to this place twice , and both times being served by the same manager . You would think that the manager will be the most pleasant person to serve since he manages the place - but not here. The first time it happened, I let it go thinking he had a bad morning. But this time , it was worse- I was the only customer in the store. They acted like they did not see me walk in- i had to ask if someone could help me and still acted like they didn’t hear me. One guy turn around to help me and the manager took over. Acted like I was bothering their peace.Left with no utensils or napkins (usually when you buy that much bagels and 4 cream cheeses, they offer you utensils and napkins) .they manager was not pleasant at all. Even people that walked in after me he kept giving them an attitude. This was at 5:30 am . If you are not a morning person, please let your employees do their job at least.

If I could give them a zero I would! Service was horrible! GEORGE was so rude from the moment I walked in. Stared at me like I was bothering him... and God forbid I want to give him my phone number to get points for my order. Never going back to this location. There's a reason why people always go to Western Bagel in this area.

Came in on Sun at 7am for a dozen bagels to go. There were 2 employees at the front, no other customers and I was greeted right away and served. The usual selections of bagels were available but I did not smell any fresh coffee. I was served very quickly. Realized once I opened box that they did not offer any plastic bags (which was customary to store the leftover bagels), and they did not offer to cut the bagels. Both were not an issue as I was consuming at home but if these were for workplace would have been difficult. In summary, I would go back, bagels and schmear are tasty as typical of this chain. But need to know what u want and double check before you leave the store.

I placed an online order for 3 breakfast, I paid extra $ for add an extra egg on one the sandwich , when I got home I realize they don't add extra egg, hazelnut coffee test like watering . First time I have issue with this place

I’m a frequent customer. I’ve had everything on the menu list at one time or another, but the standard is the toasted bagel, cc and coffee and this place is the best. George and the everyone here are great, always moving, they’re responsive and quick with a smile and a hello, and very helpful on occasions when we’ve asked for a special order or something different.

Went to Noah's this morning. The bagel itself wasn't bad, but when you order it open face / toasted WITH Cream Cheese, you expect a decent portion of Cream Cheese. Look how little they put on there! It ruined the experience. When you go to a bagel shop and pay for cream cheese you want them to give you a good amount of cream cheese! It looked like the amount I put on my own bagel at home when my container of cream cheese is empty and I am scraping the sides to get one last bagel. So disappointing. Should never give someone a bagel like that.

The bagels were glorified bread rolls. I doubt if they are boiled first since that is the distinction between real bagels and bread.

I ordered a sandwich and a juice and they messed up my order. My sandwich was cold and they didn’t put the cheese on it even though I specified that I need the sausage to be well done. They didn’t even try to resolve the issue. Ridiculous service!I would not recommend this place at all.On the top of that they had me to wait to place the order for 5 mins while 4 people were at the cashier, the staff was not friendly.
