Flavorless and barely worth eating. Is it edible? Sure. Did they forget how to cook Thai food and instead fry up some boiled rubber bands with zero spice and the washed out left over coconut milk from yesterday's can? Also yes. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Yuck.

Food is not as good as pre-covid times, and some former good items we like are not there anymore (such as beef jerky).Papaya salad is too salty, and seafood platter is too pricy compared to its quality.

Ordered Pad See Ew. Was so disappointed. It was burnt, bitter, and oily. I tried to eat it but I was so grossed out by it. I got it to go within minutes and toss it in the trash at the mall.

I recently dined at OR Authentic Thai Cuisine (formerly White Elephant Thai Cuisine) at The Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks, and it was an exceptional experience. The cozy, family-friendly atmosphere created the perfect setting for a delightful family get-together. The authentic Thai cuisine was prepared with precision, featuring a burst of flavors that left a lasting impression. The impeccable service added to the overall satisfaction of our visit. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic Thai dining experience. Five stars!

I love this restatement & have for 20 years, even when it was called The White Elephant. Last night, for the first time I had Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken & Shrimp. I also had stir fried Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan)), one of the tastiest & healthiest vegetables on earth Fantastic. All of the noodle dishes are delicious.Service was attentive, pleasant & fun. Reasonable priced

After walking & shopping at the Thousand Oaks Mall, we decided to try O R Thai. We found this restaurant on the 1st level inside the mall... (You can park on the Nordstrom side for easier access & parking. Or find it inside the T.O. Mall, across from Forever 21, & opposite from Macy's Mens). My family enjoyed a wonderful, early dinner here on a Sunday. Family style seating was perfect, especially for our party of 7. Even though there was a large party in front of the restaurant, we still had Great service & delicious food. Everything we had was soo Good! I appreciate the staff being polite & for being attentive. I would definitely come back again when in the area.*Spicy, Vegan & Gluten Free Options labeled on MenuWhat We Ordered:Fried Tofu: Deep fried soft tofu served with sweet & sour sauce and ground peanut - Yum!Crunchy Crab Wontons: Deep fried wonton with real crab meat and cream cheese filling served with sweet & sour sauce - Crunchy & nicely filled Poh Taak: Traditional Thai herbal soup with shrimps, scallop, squid, fish fillet, green mussels, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, ginger, mushroom and tomato seasoned with chili paste oil, fresh crushed Thai chili and fresh squeezed lime juice - Soup hit the spot!Pad Thai (w/ Beef): Thin rice noodle stir fried with egg, bean sprouts and crushed peanut in homemade tamarind sauce - Always a must order at any Thai RestoPad Kee Mao (w/ Fried Tofu): Flat rice noodle with garlic, chili, bell pepper, onion, tomato and basil on green lettuce bed - This was good, I'd try it w/ meat next timeMixed Veggie Delight (w/ Fried Tofu): Stir fried mixed vegetables in oyster sauce... Good food and reasonable service. They are located at the back of the mall so we sat down immediately. Pork chp bbq and chicken pad Thai were both excellent.

Frankly, if I could give 6 stars I would. The food was that. good. We are from the Bay Area and we are spoilt for Thai food. Last year, in Porter Ranch we were kind of disillusioned with the Thai scene there but when we moved to West Hills, O-R Thai was recommended by quite a few of our friends. Finally, we made it for lunch, and Boy!! were we glad we did!!. First, the Singha beer was ice cold, very cold for a hot day, just how beers should be served. The first gulp down the throat was bliss. We ordered the Tom Kha clear soup and it was deliciooooussss. I mean I have had this multiple times, but the ingredients were fresh and the soup was tasty. The two main dishes, Pad See Ew Chicken and the Choo Chee Salmon were truly exceptional. Mr "T" the owner threw in a bowl of extra rice when we packed the leftovers and then to top it all he gave us the Roti Dessert, (don't even know the name), which was fluffy roti with powdered sugar on top, rich for me but so delicious. Truly worth going there if you are in the area. You will be very impressed!!! I am going back ASAP. Thanks Mr. T for an exceptional Lunch experience. Keep smiling!!!

Very authentic Thai, like the sign says. I ordered the shrimp and glass noodles, and the shrimp was done perfectly and the dish was lovingly prepared with the freshest and most wholesome ingredients! Some of the best Thai I had and the reviews speak for themselves!

Their food is awesome and we've been here multiple times. BUT be careful, they double charge tips. We chose 20% as a tip but on the printed receipt there was another service charge of 15% before our selected tip. They took the receipt back when I went to argue so sorry no picture here. They didn't push it back and instantly refunded my 20% tip. But I'm just a bit mad at them tricking people to pay the tip twice (and if you dont this this, you could have gotten the 20% instead of 15%) probably will not go back ever again.
