We walked in last Friday and were greeted with the most unwelcoming hostesses. So we left and went across the walkway where we felt welcome.

I just found out that this location will be closing on August 28th and I am sorry that it will be gone. However, the meal that my wife and I had last night was almost inedible as the Mongolian beef tasted as if it had been reheated in a microwave. It was totally dry and very hard with no sauce. In addition, the Chicken Lo Mein had small pieces of very overcooked chicken. Even the spare ribs were very hard as if they too had been reheated. The only part of the two person meal that was good was the Wonton soup. If this meal was indicative of the quality of food being offered during the next two weeks before closure I can understand why this chain will be closing its restaurant in Thousand Oaks.

Although our service was fine, the amount of food they give you is insanely small for $22-25 dollars a plate!! See attached photo. Go elsewhere if you're hungry!

Outdoor dining was very spacious and comfortable. Food was good though servings were quite small. What was extremely irritating was the number of text messages and reminders I received to remind me of my reservation. I have never been reminded so many times; probably at least 6+. I finally just deleted the thread. For this reason, I would not recommend the restaurant as you will be inundated with text messages.

Unfortunately the highlights were the first cocktails & walking proximity to the BofA performing arts center. We ordered & split 3 entries, all of which came out luke warm, at best. The pleasant waitress was apologetic & quickly had the order remade, for us. When the second/remake orders came out they were definitely warmer by not hot, as expected, and the waiter who brought them made a defensive comment about the wind cooling them off prematurely. We believe it was more a function of the entries not being delivered promptly, from the kitchen, particularly on the first round. The draft beer selection also seemed a bit lacking & didn't include a local/rotating craft option, as per the menu. $108 for two people, w/o hot plated food, was definitely not worth it.

Arrived approximately 7:30pm, ordered a combo fried rice to go after dinner. order was supposedly prepared just before we were leaving. Got home, rice was hard, shrimp brown n rubbery, chicken n fish very very dry. I will not be visiting again...money down the drain ?

Had a reservation and didn't get seat for 15 mins while they seated 3 parties in front of me. Finally got seated at a table with food leftovers on the table and seat. Had to flag someone down to wipe it down then while we waited for someone to come to the table we noticed all the food and trash on the floor. We just walked out.

Service was nice but not impressed with the food. I'd much rather eat at a mom & pop Chinese restaurant, giving them my support. The new payment method is ridiculous, having to use your cell phone. Trying to split the bill made it even worse. I don't need to eat someplace where I have to get the menu off my phone & pay by phone.

There’s not much to expect when you enter a PF Changs Restaurant other than a good meal but in the last 10 years this restaurant has gone down in quality of customer service and attention to cleanliness. Having dinner with my family we asked for a booth and when the hostess brought us over the table was still dirty; the cushions had food on them and the floor was covered. We asked if it could be cleaned and she looked shocked that we even asked. I guess this is what you get what you get when you go to PF Changs. The good thing is our server was very nice which made the dining experience a little more pleasant.

Great service and drinks. Beautiful outdoor dining. Food arrived in good time. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that food could of been better.

Got takeout one night while visiting California and thoroughly enjoyed. We got the chicken lo mein and Chang's spicy chicken. Great location as well.

7/2/22 @ 730p it was nice and quiet not many patrons, which wasn't a bad thing at all. Dillon was exceptional. Thanks for the prompt and thoughtful.

The restaurant was nice and we were seated close to our reservation time. I did not get the QR code to open easily for menu review. It was not easy to see menu on my phone with my bad eyesight. So we ordered appetizers and they were very good . Took a bit longer to get food but portions were generous for appetizers.

Came here for lunch with my mom, so some sushi. I finished my entree and waited an additional 10 mins before my moms food came out. Drinks let un-filled. We had to ask for refills even though she came and walked by table several times. It's Lunch time and not even busy. Spoke to manager and he comped my moms entree but still wasn't happy. We haven't been here in years and to have that lack of service and not have the items come out at the same time or even close was HIGHLY disappointing.
