GABRIEL IS THE BEST GENERAL MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET. The incredible enthusiasm he carries and the CARE he has for all of his customers. They’re not even his customers they’re his family. This man deserves a raise. Thank You Gabriel and your team for an amazing experience. I live in Oxnard but this makes me was to drive all the way out here just for the experience.

I went here a couple days ago to get a slice of pizza, I've never ate at Sbarro at the Oaks mall before when I first got there to order a Hispanic lady which I think her name was Ana took my order and seemed annoyed like she didn't want to help me and every time I asked her a question her tone of voice was very rude and she seemed annoyed whenever we would ask to add something to our order, not only that but I witnessed her being very rude to the younger girl that was working there too. This type of behavior is very unprofessional. Won't be coming to this location ever again.

The food smelled and looked really good but the pizza should have been heated up more it looked like it had been sending under heat lamps for a couple days. I wish the Oaks Mall would build up its food court again. Very not much at all to choose from.
