My family and I have been patrons of this Sharkys for years- spending thousands of dollars a year on take out here. Within the last month or so new owners took over and the quality and service shockingly declined. In what seemed like over night the food became inedible, the orders were constantly messed up, and overall service became horrible. Will no longer be coming to this Sharkys and instead will head to the Westlake or T.O. location which even though it will be out of our way- would rather have better food and service.

Been a Sharkys regular for more than a decade. I've spent thousands of dollars on Fiesta Burritos. We have DoorDashed from this location recently when we don't have much time to spare or just don't feel like driving over there... So their salsa additions in DoorDash rarely work. Either the driver doesn't care to check that it is added or the staff doesn't care to add it... which I find hilarious. Who tf eats Sharkys without utilizing salsa? So, I've made a habit of calling the restaurant after submitting the DoorDash order and kindly asking if they can make sure our salsas are added. I hate to be annoying about it but it's the only thing that usually works. Tonight, I try to call and request salsas. 7 small salsa cups in total. Standard procedure. First she pushes back and says you need to ask the DoorDash driver to do it - nobody at sharkys has ever said that. I replied that that method is unfortunately highly unreliable. I have had a maybe 30% success rate with that. She then assures me that they aren't busy at the moment and she'd be glad to add them for us - to which I was vocally grateful and genuinely appreciative of. Food comes... cold... with not even half of the salsas we ordered. She asked me specifically which ones we need and said no problem, it'll get added.. she sends 3 of the 7. I've gotten up and drove over there in the past when the DoorDasher forgets the salsas. But WHY should anybody be doing that for a delivery order? In this case if she just plain told me "no I won't do it" I would have said F it and just driven to get them. But the food shows up cold like 30 min later instead and we have 3 of 7 salsas. PEOPLE DON'T WANT SHARKYS WITHOUT SALSAS. THE SALSA BAR IS FREE. FIX YOUR DOORDASH SITUATION SO PEOPLE CAN ADD THIS AND ACTUALLY HAVE IT ADDED TO THEIR ORDER. OF YOU CAN'T FIGURE THAT OUT, THEN TRAIN STAFF TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AS SIMPLE AS "5 black salsas and 2 hot red salsas please." I don't think I've ever even taken the time to write a negative review. Not my style, but I'm so genuinely irritated right now. CARE, just a little bit maybe next time?

Love this place! Food is always high quality and arrives hot! Usually friendly employees - I’ve noticed that unfriendly ones don’t last very long on staff (which is good!).

Fajita tacos are the best . So many different flavors in one taco ...perfection and delicious .
I understand prices have gone up buy $6.50 for a taco? It was okay, definitely would not order again. The steak was flavorless as were the vegetables. Ony saving feature was the nice slice of avocado. The salsas were good but I will order nachos or go elsewhere for a taco if I return.

I haven't been here for years. I remembered how great the steak nachos were, so thought I'd treat myself. Very disappointing. They were cold and bland, and nothing like I remember. Steak pieces were very tiny, very few, and far between. The quality has really gone down.

I just got the Steak Nachos w/ Black Beans and added Brown Rice. I received no jalapeños, no sour cream and no guacamole.
Staff was ready to assist and the service was great! Tables were clean and ready for people to sit and have their meal. The last place we went to tonight was the opposite. After waiting over 20 min we left and came to Sharkey's. Great job on Sharkey's managers and the staff was very nice!

Sharkys is great and all until you see that the prices here have practically surpassed those of local Mexican grills whos flavors are so much more definitive. I couldn't recommend this place, especially after testing the fact that the large and small nachos are the exact same amount so you're literally getting scammed with the larger option.

OK no doubt the food is good but the prices have increased horribly I haven't been there for the last 2 years and I don't intend to go back. It's a sad situation and proba bling the sharkey's a newberry
