Love Sharky's. Hadn't been there for a while. Ordered the salmon burrito. Not good!! Could hardly finish it. Salmon was dry, tasteless and over cooked. The tortilla was dry, chewy and tasted stale. Only a small smear of the sauce was on it so you couldn't even taste it! Think it was around $13. Don't think I'm going back to this location. Hopefully they'll read this and make adjustments and maybe contact me.

We are at this location at least twice a week. All the girls are amazing but Stephany always goes above and beyond. She is always very sweet and helpful. I just adore her. She deserves to be recognized.

I am reviewing Sharky's based on this visit alone since I've been there many times. My daughter and I went on a little dinner date and we decided to share a burrito because she was going to go jump at sky zone after and I didn't want her to throw up. The service was very attentive and friendly from every person working. My daughter wanted some chips to munch on and she got a little basket. The sauce choices are delicious and you cannot go wrong no matter what you choose. I got the fiesta burrito with chicken on a whole wheat tortilla with pinto beans this burrito is so filling and delicious and it taste healthier due to the tortilla choice. My daughter was very content with the customer service the food and all around. It was a great visit. We will be back in the near future.

Food is always consistent. So delicious. They offer a variety of fresh foods. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Even when I ask the same questions every time I come in. Usually, the tables are all clean and ready for me to enjoy my meal. only when they are super busy is that a challenge. but, thats a good thing. that means they will stay around for a while.

I wouldn't even rate it a half star. I have serious concerns about whether this establishment is family-owned or not. However, I must express my deep disappointment regarding the behavior of the two individuals manning the front counter. Their immaturity, as evidenced by their antics of slapping each other with towels, laughing, and completely disregarding their customers, is entirely inappropriate within the restaurant industry. It is truly disheartening that everyone had to repeatedly state their orders due to their lack of attentiveness, as they seemed more preoccupied with fooling around and giggling. Moreover, the sheer disdain and disrespect shown towards customers, including myself, who politely requested them to focus on their work, was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the full orders we placed were replaced with half portions. While no one spoke up during these incidents, it was clear that silent reservations were formed within each customer's mind, vowing never to return. My advice to the owner: if you choose to employ individuals of such young age to represent and cater to your customers, a higher degree of professionalism and respect should be ingrained in them. Personally, I will never consider revisiting this particular location. Hey Bob! I just wanted to touch base with you regarding your email request. So cute! This Sharkey's is well kept and looks upscale for casual dining. There's plenty of parking and the day I visited was a Thursday in August at lunchtime and not more than one person was in front of us at the counter to order. Ordering was easy - the place was full of families but we found a booth to sit in and had our lunch. I usually go for chicken salads but took a gamble and tried the Alaskan salmon burrito but am honestly, not a fan. I love salmon but not in a burrito and not with sushi skin in a burrito wrap. The protein itself was a bit dry and lacked flavor. My boyfriend however, enjoyed his shrimp tacos. Chips, salsa and soda were great but will stick to the chicken in the future! The bathrooms are also immaculate. Despite my ambition to try something new, four stars! I look forward to coming back!

I am a Big fan of Sharky's restaurant's ...My favorite back in the day was the location,, located on Cahuenga ave and Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood CA. That location is still there and there is another location in Newbury Park CA. This eatery is in the Janns MALL in Thousand Oaks CA. Of all the years of passing by this location... I finally took the plunge...and decided why not"?? I stepped in and this location is very spacious,there is also a patio in the entrance. Second..the decorations for this restaurant are very nice.Initially I was going to buy a drink and go to the restroom.."?? Okay I had some petty cash... I ordered a kid's meal. That consisted of brown rice,black beans, chip's and quesadilla. I also purchased a Lemonade drink that was 3:50¢. I found a seat ..these are not regular plastic foam seat's... Wood and very tasteful finishing.. The site manager must have hired a Interior designer. Gave me the impression..that I was sitting in a rain forest setting. While I waited for my food ... I went to the restroom to wash up and let mother nature take care of business.Upon my return to my booth..I found my plate on my side of the booth. I have included many pictures... There is a mini bar..where they keep sauce's ♨️??️...I prefer mild ..there is also a stall..that has slot's for the sauces and plastic lids. I've NEVER seen a location as nice as this one...Ever "!!! My meal was so delicious and my drink is one of their beverage blends that they sell. Please check out the stats... I most certainly will come back here... after enjoying my meal. I made another pit stop. The bathroom is really spacious..and it's somewhat cleaned.What I did take notice of is that the employees are always cleaning up.. That is very important..when you work in a Bar, Restaurant,Deli, Sandwich shop,Fast food. Customer's are they one's who bring in things. As I was leaving... I thanked them..and tipped a few dollars. So if you are ever in the Janns MALL..this is a spot that you must stop at for certain.Vegetarian options: Like all Sharkey's location's you can order a meal or plate. They serve large portions and if you do not eat Poultry,Pork or Beef..ask the cashier..to remove the meat from plate . I'm certain that they will oblige..

Always got the Half Chicken Power Plate with Roasted Vegetables with Pesto sauce. Today I tried to order the same thing. No more full or half plate. One size. Higher price than half plate and half the chicken. New veggie sauce is avocado citrus. Tasted okay, but so little sauce the veggies were dry. It was pathetic. Won't be going back.
