Outstanding soup served with a smile. Natural ingredients that taste great. I am a big fan of Sole Soups and probably one of their most frequent customers. If you try it you'll come back.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options. I am not a vegetarian but appreciate and eat vegetarian foods.

Walked into here out of curiosity. Was just looking. The girls behind the counter are really sweet & finding out it was my first time there, took the time to explain about their soups. I was given a sample of their chicken curry with coconut milk soup. It didn't sound too appealing but I figured what the heck... it ends up being a really tasty & amazing soup. Wow! If I hadn't been given that sample, I most likely would have walked out without purchasing anything. They are happy to give samples of the daily soups & I recommend trying them. You may find out like I did, the name might not sound too appealing but the taste surely is. It's also a great spot if you are limited on time.

Soups on! Whether you loooove soup and consider yourself an aficionado, or simply tolerate it because your spouse is obsessed, you will surely love this place and all the delicious food they offer...and yep, you've got options. I have been to both locations and they are both very clean, use only the finest ingredients, and employees are always very nice and accommodating. SOUPS/BROTHSA daily variety of fresh broth and hot soups, including vegan and vegetarian options to taste in-store, and then take with you to eat while hot & fresh. The hard part is choosing which soup(s)...yes, they are all THAT good! It's almost an impossible task. They also offer frozen soups and broth too; I like to keep a few in my freezer for an easy dinner or when I'm a little under the weather. **my favs are Split Pea w/Curry and Carrot-Ginger, Hubs favs are Turkey Chili and Hearty Beef Stew and Clam Chowder.** I can honestly say that Solé Soups made a ginger and curry fan outta me! They never put too much of any one seasoning, it's just the right mix in every soup. Go ahead and try a sample or 2 or 3! Be sure to try a flavor that you wouldn't typically try, and be prepared to be amazed You can't go wrong no matter which soups you choose, we've eaten and loved them all!!!*********be sure to get their famous biscotti to dip in your soup!!!!!********SALADS:They offer several but I love both the organic chicken Caesar and Asian chicken salads. They chop everything small so it mixes just right and tastes so fresh. Each container gives us 2 servings. I just discovered the Crab Salad today and when I tell you it's fresh, I mean FRESH! Big chunks of organic crab and pollock made into this mouth watering masterpiece. If you love crab GET THIS SALAD!! MISC:The Peanut Butter Protein Balls have huge chunks of dark chocolate chips and are addictive. Their homemade Rice Crispy Treats" are so good that I can only bring home one or I'll eat them all. I can't say enough about this establishment, except maybe we need more locations. What a gold mine of fresh nutritional foods that are lovingly prepared by some fine people. I forgot the owners name but he's usually at this location and makes me feel like I am their favorite patron every time I walk in. Some have mentioned the price being a little high, and I'll admit it may seem true HOWEVER, you do get what you pay for and this is a treat that my body and soul heartily appreciate, so I'm a patron for life.

Great soup. Grab it hot and fresh or get a container to go. Every order comes with fresh bread. I added an egg salad to my order this last time, and it was also delicious. I love that they have vegan options available as well.

There's soup, and then there's Solé Soups. Nestled inconspicuously next to the vet I frequent (a lucky find while on a coffee quest next door), this little gem has turned my casual soup obsession into a full-blown love affair. Sampling is my ritual every visit. A spoonful here, a spoonful there, and before I know it, I'm walking out with a treasure trove of frozen soups that might last a week (or just days if I'm on a soup binge). The heart and soul (pun intended) of this spot is the owner-couple. While he's the face you might first encounter, his wife is the maestro behind the simmering pots. Their synergy is palpable in every bowl. And the staff? Exceptional. Each visit feels like a mini family reunion, complete with hearty conversations and the warmth of familiar faces.Beyond soups, their chilled section boasts an array of salads - from classics like potato and pasta to the luxe crab salad. Freshness is the name of the game, and boy, do they nail it. Every mouthful bursts with flavors so vibrant that it's ruined me for soups elsewhere. The setup? No frills. Exceptionally clean and the temperature's perfect. A stand-to-order counter with some outdoor seating. While the space outside isn't sprawling, it seldom feels crowded, so you should be able to find a seat if you want to drink, sip, or shovel down their incredible food. Whether you're flying solo, in a pair, or a trio, it's a swift in-and-out affair. So, grab a bowl, maybe find an outdoor spot, or take it home to savor. The art of soup making isn't just about flavor; it's about nailing the texture, consistency, and temperature. And this is where Sōle Soups truly excels. Whether you're in the mood for something velvety smooth, hearty and chunky, or maybe a midpoint between the two, they've got you covered. Fancy a soup with the consistency of a broth or as thick as a chowder? No problem. Recently, I ventured out of my comfort zone and sampled one of their cold, seasonal soups infused with blueberry. Let me tell you, it was a revelation! It had the lusciousness of a gourmet smoothie you'd find at a top-tier juice bar. In essence, whatever your soup preference, be it in terms of consistency, texture, or temperature, Sōle Soups will not only meet but likely exceed your expectations. If there's a soup you've adored in the past, chances are you'll discover its elevated counterpart here.If you haven't tasted Solé Soups yet, you're missing out on a life-altering experience. Bold claim? One spoonful, and you'll be nodding in agreement. This isn't just soup; it's a soulful embrace in a bowl.

I had the pleasure of visiting Sole Soups this afternoon and trying their beef bone broth. From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. The owner, Paul, welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.As a fan of hearty, nourishing soups, I was truly impressed with the beef bone broth. It was rich, flavorful, and had that perfect balance of savory goodness. The aroma alone was enough to whet my appetite. It's evident that the chefs at Sole Soups put a lot of care into their craft. What stood out the most was the personal touch Paul added to my visit. He took the time to explain the health benefits, which made me appreciate the broth even more. It's not every day that you get to chat with the owner and learn about the passion behind their food.Sole Soups has certainly earned a loyal customer in me, and I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. If you're looking for delicious, soul-warming soups and a welcoming atmosphere, be sure to pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Every soup we've tried has been delicious. This is the way I get vegetables into my 5 yo daughter. She's the biggest fan of Sole Soups!

Tried this place for the first time for lunch today and what a treat it was. The gal working was an absolute sweetheart, so helpful and let me try all the soups. I settled for the black bean soup. It was so delicious. It came with focaccia that was so good! I broke it up into my soup. Can’t wait to go back!

This is my go to spot for lunch or weeknight with the kids. The chilled soups are so refreshing, and they have the most authentic, vegetarian, gluten free recipes too. You can’t go wrong with Sole Soups!

This review is long overdue.I've been coming to Sole Soups for over a year now and I was not even a soup person before finding this place. This place is a gem. A hole in the wall. Everything is delicious, fresh, and healthy. It's an independently owned restaurant with amazing service. If you become a regular they will suggest to you other soups to try that fit your taste buds and there is is not a single soup I've tried that I didn't like. The soups are not overly salted and they are seasoned perfectly, however, you can add salt to taste. They are not undersalted either. The owners really take time to make sure everything tastes amazing. One of the best parts? You can taste test any or all of their fresh daily soups to find one you'd like to get that day. They have new and fresh soups daily that they post to their Instagram and they always have frozen soups that you can bring home to defrost and eat when ready. This hole in the wall has been amazing for working night shift because I just chose one from my freezer. It's fresh, healthy, and oh so good and easy! I don't have to worry about what to bring to work and I feel healthy eating all their soups. This place is also vegan friendly and has quite a selection of vegan soups on top of their non-vegan soups.Fresh soups (nonfrozen) are served with fresh focaccia bread, which is amazing dipped in the soups.Lastly, they also create some diversity in food as they also make Thai and Indian curries which are amazing be over rice. They also have some chilli's!If you're thinking about finding a new place to eat or trying this place out, this is your sign.Sole Soups is amazing and so is their customer service!!Sincerely,A returning customer ?Vegetarian options: Daily optionsWheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: Vegan options available dailyGluten free available daily
