Lovely outdoor area. Unfortunately right next to a busy street. No indoor seating.The staff is super friendly. Bathroom available outside.

There is an employee named Emily that is always very nice and friendly. Every time I drive thru, she knows my order, she will even recap what I got last time and ask how my co-workers liked the recommendations she made. She builds rapport with her customers and makes them feel like they matter. I am very happy that you guys hired her, there needs to be more Emily's in world.

I love the holiday Starbucks themed cups! I for hot cocoa something simple. It is the perfect amount of sweetness. The lady who helped me was very nice. She was so busy and the customer in front of me had her redo their drink 2 times already. Glad she remained cool and confident!

Fast drive through if you come at the right time. The greenery is nice too but there is NO indoor seating here. I tried to pick up the wifi and it was only 2 bars and then disconnected. So it is available but maybe it was being spotty for me. Sitting outside is an option. But you're on a busy intersection. Sitting in your can may work too if the WiFi signal is good.

This Starbucks is absolutely fantastic. The staff is consistently kind, warm, fun, and energetic as all get out. They all remember the customers, their families etc. I was there this morning and the team work is so impressive as always but just the genuine kindness everyone displays is such a great way to start the day when things can be tough out there! Love my neighborhood Sbux team so much

Always such a friendly staff and each time I come here with my puppy they always give him the best pup cup.Parking: It's in a sort of small plaza next to the zoom room so it's just easier to go through the actual drive through.

There's no inside to this Starbucks, it's just a drive thru. That's why I gave it 3 stars for the atmosphere. When I went there were a few cars ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes to get through the line. I called ahead of time and placed my order and it was ready when I got there.

I visited Starbucks on Friday 6/2/23 and had the worst experience in my life. A giant house fly was in my drink!!!! I ordered a tall Carmel Macchiato and finished 90% of my drink. Then I felt something in my mouth like a boba. I pulled it out as it was stuck between my bottom teeth and lip. I placed it on my lid not realizing what it was yet because I was driving. When I looked down again I noticed the wings and body. I almost crashed from being in shock!!! My wife next to me immediately called the customer service line and the only thing they did was apologize and reimburse my coffee. The District Manager was supposed to call us back but hasn't! I need a break from Starbucks as I recover from my PTSD. The address of that place is ...Barrington Village11700 Barrington CT, Los Angeles CA 90049I still don't have my appetite. I'm the type of person that throws out my food if a fly lands on it...the type of person that never shares straws with people.I read that others have experienced this from Starbucks.
