When your job is to get to work, get everything ready for when you open at a certain time, you need to get there early to give yourself time. You don't show up at the opening time and make all your customers wait. This is especially irritating because we're dealing with coffee. Coffee first thing in the morning. Not the time to be a consistent flake who always shows up late. This isn't an isolated incident. The first time it happened I gave her a break (maybe there was a good reason), but after 2 and 3? There's definitely a pattern here.The short Hispanic girl who I'm referring to needs to be replaced with someone else who can get the job done.

Worst service I have ever had. Valerie was more interested in talking to her friend. Charged me for the drink, sandwich and muffin but never did anything for the food. Took 25 minutes to get after I got my coffee. Just completely irresponsible!

The manager/barista: she wears glasses: very dishonest, and the coffee never taste good , his barista looks like a big Microbe with so many tattoos on his arm and dirty: it is disgusting to get a coffee from him , he doesn’t even wear gloves !

They do not seem to work well together. Had to wait for cashier to give me lemon bar for more than two minutes AFTER barista gave me my tea. Same thing happened to customer before me ! No one in store seemed to care about customer. Then woman finally gave me lemon bar and very spottily wished me a good day. Well my day will be good but there are toooooo many Starbucks for me to go back to that one.

I went in to get a drink, and I had two of their employees get in my face, my boyfriends face, and our cousins face after asking the worker if our drink had been finished because they never called out a name. The specific workers were Ashley and Brittany. On the other hand, the Vons manager, Tina, is very very sweet and considerate of her customers.
