Super friendly staff and very efficient drive-through most of the time.Parking: There is a small parking lot shared with a number of other businesses. Sometimes it’s really easy to find a spot, but sometimes there are very few.

It wouldn't be so bad if it was just Starbucks, but when it's like pride month for the entire store that's just ridiculous... I came to get coffee not propositioned.

Very poor customer service. I've been to countless of Starbucks locations, and this location got the worst service. This was not just one time, but it's almost every time I come here. Most of the employees walk past you without asking if the customer needs help, nor can you get their attention to get help. Every time I've tried to get their attention, they don't even bat an eye and just walk straight past you. I understand rush hours and how busy it is, but it is still unacceptable compared to the other stores' service. One particular time, I was ignored by most of the employees despite I have been trying to get their attention for a good 5-7 mins to get a straw. Then a lady some employee was friends with walked in, and they started a whole conversation and basically ignored everyone else.

Tables are sticky and dirty, it's the management's responsibility to enforce basic rules of hygiene, and Thoroughly cleaned means all tables must be washed with a sanitizing solution after each customer vacate the table.

The Nitro cold brew machine is apparently still broken! It's been at least a month. Ordered pick up through app and I waited forever they didn't call out to see if I wanted a replacement I had to finally inquire. I was offered a regular cold brew (which is cheaper and I wasn't offered my difference smh).

4 stars because I'm stuck on how to rate this business. The AM shift deserves 5 stars!! The PM shift deserves 2/3 which is why I left a 4 star. I come here often I work in the area and this Starbucks is my go to spot, the morning shift is ALWAYS so sweet, friendly and welcoming!! Especially how crazy and chaotic it can be with how busy it is they always are so friendly and get the order right. I order in afternoon sometimes after work when I need to go to kids soccer practices, there are a few people who are friendly in afternoon there are 3 of them I can't remember their names but they are always very friendly! However everyone else I have gotten they do not look happy to be there.I get it! Work is exhausting I totally don't wanna be there too sometimes but the attitude is so unnecessary. Also--I have noticed now 3 times (same people) when I order LIGHT ice, my drink is filled to the top of ice. I shouldn't have to take 4 sips and be done with my drink. I never return it or ask for a change at first because I feel bad but the last time when I said light ice please, the girl said it was and had attitude. I didn't even go back and forth. I understand it can be an annoying request but seriously 3 times... i find it funny I say light ice I get more than the average and now feel it's petty. The attitude and personality from both shifts is literally night and day, the pm shift seems unfriendly sometimes they looked irritated annoyed and unwelcoming.

Saw this prompt to write a review for this Starbucks. At first, I couldn't remember one on Ventu Park in Newbury Park. Had to look at a map. Ah yes, it's coming back to me. Since I go way back in the Conejo Valley, I think of this area as where an ice skating rink and a Home Depot once stood. Things have evolved, and now there are a variety of smaller businesses, plus this Starbucks drive-thru.The parking lot is a bit tight and even funky in this shopping plaza, feeling a little bit like the Autopia in Disneyland. We figured out how to enter the drive-thru line eventually and placed our order.Service was quicker than some other 'bucks (I'm looking at you, Mason & Lassen Starbucks in Chatsworth - sooooo slooooow!), which is always welcome. I don't recall what we ordered specifically, but I remember being happy with the result. Haven't been inside yet, but since this center overall is newer and seems very clean and well-kept, I'm imaging that the interior of the shop would follow suit.It's convenient to the Ventu Park exit of the 101 on the north side of the freeway / east side of Ventu Park.

Only two shots of espresso in a large latte! Give me a break. Also, the lattes and cappuccinos tend to be all foam. Try Peet's coffee or coffee bean and tea leaf.
