Look - a Subway sandwich is a Subway sandwich. But, Subway sandwich artist extraordinaire, Alfredo, is absolute sunshine! He's a one man hype squad and he has absolutely no idea how much joy he serves! If you find yourself having a day, pop into this Subway and prepare to leave in a way better mood. Be sure to give some sunshine back to Alfredo because he's really amazing!

I showed up at 8am today for work, didn't gave time to eat breakfast so i ordered from here. after starving for almost 2 for food, i open my food to take a bite. When splitting the sandwich in half to start eating i noticed a string of plastic in my food. I removed it and, although i was hesitant to eat the sandwich at all after that, i did because i was starving. It tasted very mediocre and there was almost no cheese at all. very unimpressed and grossed out that i had to eat a sandwich after finding plastic in it. To everyone who considers ordering from here, Inspect your sandwich before eating it!!!

I'm very disappointed in this location. I was in there recently and did not care for the ploy that the manager or owner, or whomever thought it up is doing. I didn't bother with coupons in the past, but now that I've been in a huge financial rut due to loss of a job with the Covid situation, I now need to be careful. Well, i stopped in after a few errands one afternoon, and nothing was posted outside at the door (which would be helpful). By the time it was my turn to order, there was the notice, no coupons being accepted anymore -- aha, I thought, trying to be sneaky, are they? They make the customer wait until just before they order, then almost too late. Probably so they won't feel d*** or embarrassed and change their mind. Not me, I was bugged, so I left. it was worth paying full price down the street, and needless to say, I or my family won't be going back there.

Usually I have a pretty good experience here but I when I went tonight I noticed that the two customers ordering were not wearing masks, and the employee had his mask below his nose. It didn't seem like the employee ever asked them to put it on either. Please be safe and protect your customers and yourself!!!!!

Ordered simple sandwich using online app. Arrived at 2:15 which was quoted time to pick up sandwich. Walked inside and the staff looked up at me as he was making a sandwich. I sat there for a few minutes and he started to make another. I saw a sign that stated if you ordered online, you could call the telephone number and they will walk it out curbside which was where I was parked. I called the number and told whoever picked up my name for the order and they I was now curbside. In response, they gave me their address and hung up. I called back and again gave them my name for the order and informed them I was curbside. I'm response, he told me I need to place an order online first. I told them I did. They told me I need to come into the store to get it. I told them I was just in their store. They hung up on me. I walked into the store again and the employee told me they've been waiting for me with the sandwich the entire time. LOL. Lastly, sandwich was flat like a pancake, dry with no mayo (Online option for extra was requested by me) almost no mustard, no red wine vinegar as requested and no salt & pepper as requested. Just a waste is money, time, confusion with staff and no ability to make a sandwich to order.

Always reliable - good food, great staff, clean, nice big shields up between customers and counter --albeit clear shower curtains, but they work better than most other places with inadequate, pricier plexi setups. However, I do not agree with self-serve drinks as they are not sanitary and invite more germs into the environment than need be.I do appreciate they're still open for walk-ins and outdoor seating and they haven't hiked up prices as much as other places (some increases are understandable due to unprecedented times across theboard.)Congratulations withstanding all the local closures. This time for most businesses is awful. Good job, Subway WLV!
