Cannot thank Amanda enough for helping me decipher what I wanted to order from the menu. She also made terrific suggestions on what to add to my smoothie. SunLife is a terrific shop located in The Lakes. Their fruits and veggies are fresh and cafe is clean and organized. If one wants sitting outside by the little lake, watching the ducks, sometimes kids playing, is nice and relaxing.

I haven’t had SunLife in three years so I was so pumped to be back in Cali and to come across this location. I got the classic chocolate and peanut butter protein shake and it was just as good as I remembered. The area this location is in is beautiful and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your delicious beverage or snack.

Love their smoothies and ingredients and service! But there smoothies are wayyyy too thick. I always have to transfer them to a bowl because they will not suck through a straw. Would love to be able to just sip my smoothie while I drive, but can’t.

For $22 my açaí bowl was half full and not very much food at all. Other places charge half the price and you get a full bowl that’s very filling. It was good but not worth the money for such tiny portions :/

Cute place with plenty of parking in the back. So many options for smoothies and bowls. Gave it 4 stars vs 5 only because it seems overpriced for what it is, although I don't doubt the quality of the ingredients is very good.

I think I paid about $16 for my Açaí bowl. It was just OK. I appreciate that it is organic but it didn't taste like anything special. My husband got a very expensive smoothie as well which was just OK. Expect a good 15 to 20 minute wait after you order..

Huge shoutout to Kieran for his amazing customer service. I've been coming here and the Malibu shop for years and always forget to leave a review. Yes the prices are steep but the quality is almost always terrific and I absolutely love their açaí bowls and the mystic shake. Today I ordered the blue majik and it wasn't edible. It could have been just me because it wasn't my thing, it tasted like aspartame and was a really really frothy consistency. Long story short, I called and Kieran was awesome and told me I could come back for a different shake which meant a lot as a longtime customer. This kind of service makes a world of a difference and meant a lot to me as a valued customer. Thank you.

They don't accept cash which is legal tender. Place is clean and they have lovely options for smoothies, but not accepting cash as a business is not something I want to support. And no paper receipts, you have to give up personal info to get a receipt.

Sunlife is one of my all time favorite places and have been coming for years! Always make it a point to stop when I'm back home or near one of their Malibu locations. Constantly rave about it to all of my friends and recommend it to everyone. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu but always have people try The Athlete. Would love it even more if they opened a location in Montecito/Santa Barbara!
