The kid at the window was one of the nicest customer service employees I’ve seen in years. I wish I caught his name. He was polite, understood my order, and asked me how my day was going. We had a nice little conversation and he unsure my food wouldn’t spill out of the box before handing it to me. Thank you to him. He was a taller kid work the night shift.

The Customer Service and attentiveness to detail at this Taco Bell on Rancho Road in Thousand Oaks is the worst. Last week I ordered two steaks soft tacos and when I got home 20 minutes later, realized that they were chicken! Today I ordered a cheesy rollup off their dollar menu and they tried to automatically charge me for a beef and tomatoes which would've cost more than the $1.29 roll up! When I told him, I only wanted the cheesy rollup off the menu, he again entered it, and added the beef and cheese, and I had to say again that I didn't want that. As I was driving out, I decided since I had issues before to check my order only to realize that they never Gave me any hot sauce nor even asked me about it. What kind of Taco Bell serves food without hot sauce? I had to go back into the store and wait behind multiple customers before I could get a couple of packets of hot sauce since they don't put it out , because I guess Customer steal it. The food at this restaurant is consistent as other Taco Bell's, but the Customer Service is truly the worst! Need somebody to train these young kids on how to treat a customer and to properly take And Fulfill Mobile orders. But, at least they gave me a fork with my taco!Kid-friendliness: If they're not friendly to me, why would they be friendly to kids?

Really like the convenience and price. I enjoy the happy hour for affordable soda. The food is reasonably priced and that is very important. My favorite is the chipoltle ranch grilled chicken burrito and I can still buy it here. Also like the breakfast quesadia (spell?) w/bacon. And it is important to have at least one Spanish speaking Latino on every staff/team. After all, this is Taco Bell! Thank you, my favorite restaurant.

First time here and the staff made it seem as if the last thing on earth they wanted was a customer there. Went at 3 PM and not busy at all and they refused to speak slowly and roll their eyes and were exasperated when we couldn't understand what they were saying. Gave us the incorrect food and when we asked for them to correct it, spoke to each other quickly in another language and then stated that they didn't have what we actually asked for and this was all we got. Once we got our food, the taco shells Were very old and cardboard with zero crutch. Super disappointing
