Yesterday I tried Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for the first time in probably 17 years. My go-to has always been Starbucks. But there was a coupon so that’s why I went with CB&TL. I got the Iced Espresso Cookie Butter Latte (with almond milk), and oh my gosh!! This is GOOD coffee. I didn’t need to modify the flavor (something I always need to do at other coffee establishments). I also ordered the cheese danish and cheese jalapeño bagel. So good!! But let me tell you, the cheese danish alone is enough to make me choose here over Starbucks. Their danish is good, but it’s not amazing like Coffee Bean. So if you’ve been wondering, now you know ?I did order thru DoorDash yesterday and today. And I will say I’m disappointed that the coupon for a free White Chocolate Latte didn’t work—both times. Kind of think I should still get one since it was the reason I ordered to begin with. Especially since the first danish was broken and dropped on the floor ? so only got half a danish, but ??♀️Today I also got an Iced Espresso Vanilla Latte (with oat milk), absolutely delicious!! Oh, and the cookie butter one had more of the cookie butter flavor today. Which was wonderful. I shared this with Natalie there, she’s a great barista. Then the manager, China, as well. Appreciated she took the time today to explain more about their products.Will definitely be having more coffee and danish’s from here!! Oh, and can we just take a moment to appreciate the ice here—yasss!!! Loveeee their ice!!!Dietary restrictions: Was initially bummed they don’t have soy milk options (at least not thru DoorDash). But both lattes were delicious with the almond and oat milks. Neither had an overwhelming almond or oaty flavor that changed the way the coffee taste. And I love that!
I guess I haven't been here for a while, I do remember buying my tea less than $13 prior to Pandemic now it's $20 that's a 54%.The place is definitely really nice but wasn't as nice as the one that was in Janns Mall, they had cozy seating with fire place/pit and a nice retreat while waiting for my car getting detailed acrossthe way. (Pre-Pandemic I had Money ? now, barely have a J.O.B., Just Over Broke)Staff are sure friendly, definitely friendly appearance.

My favorite coffee in the entire world. This store is pretty amazing actually, the staff is pretty awesome. There's an African American young lady with glasses who's like very nice, greets you with a smile and is so helpful! My coffee has been done just right every time I order it. Small vanilla late, extra shot, extra hot. Thank you Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf.

We order Oatmeal and it comes UNCOOKED. Who does that??? I didn't order oatmeal from Walmart. I ordered it from a restaurant and they don't cook it. They literally gave it to us in its package and there you go. Makes no sense and Uber says that's the way they do it! Says who? I have never ordered oatmeal from anyone and it is delivered uncooked. Just the package thrown in a bag. Ridiculous.

I've learned my lesson. Always ask for light ice. The store is always very, very cold which is a nice escape from the heat and the mobile order app is convenient but, honestly, you shouldn't charge five bucks for an over 3/4 cup of ice.

Coffee is good, food is blah blech ugh.. Had the egg bites, they were cold and texture was gross. I think they might use powdered eggs? Only a couple of customers in the place and employees were stressed out acting short with the customers that were there as if they were super duper busy. Does not seem that have a manager on duty. Will not get any type of food from them again. This should not be hard, you just need to reheat stuff. I do not blame the employees, they are just kids, but someone should be training or supervising them. Yucky, yuck, yuck.

The coffee was the tastiest, after two sips I had to throw it away. The coffee here is even worse than at St..ks. I don't recommend it.

My recent experience at this location was my drink was made well and efficiently but the individual who helped me seemed disinterested. Not that they were rude, but I guess I appreciate eye contact and a smile?Again, drink was made well and the place was clean overall including a very tidy bathroom.Parking: There were a few spaces scattered at least 1-2 minutes walk from the store.

Coffee Bean not only raised prices, but they now charge .25 cents if you order an ice water. There are no signs posted that inform customers of this. Do you know why? Because it's embarrassing. Shame on Coffee Bean. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
