My take out order at The Stand was ready soon after I arrived. The employees were friendly and welcomed me when I arrived. The food was fresh and tasted great.

Two out of three times they failed to put meat on one of two salads ordered. That is unbelievable odds. A random mistake is understandable. But two out of three times making the exact same mistake on a simple order is shameful. In fairness, the food is good when they get it right. Unfortunately, they apparently can’t get the order right 66% of the time. That is very bad odds. When we called to complain the first time it happened, they suggested we come pick up the meat that was missed. Really? We already ate and there is a reason we ordered delivery, we don’t want to go out. The second time it happened, I called to complain. The General Manager acknowledged that this was a common problem at the restaurant and indicated she would speak to the cooks about it. We were offered a $25 gift certificate. No thanks, we are done gambling with a 33% chance of getting what we ordered. If this is the best that you can do, shutdown and quit disappointing the majority of your customers. Shameful!

I was charging my electric CAR and I saw this place to go eat and try something new. I tried the recommendation of the cashier, this BBQ BRISKET BURGER was great and certainly not over filling. It has a very TASTY flavor with secret sauces. The sweet potato ? fries was amazing….I’ll definitely come back and try a new item just for kicks.

This place has a good sized menu with good options. The food and service is good. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, the lady at the register was in such a rush and a little rude. Maybe just having a bad day. Overall, never been disappointed with my lunch.

I really like this place, tons of choices from build your own burgers, and chicken sandwiches. So I love their south west chicken salad. And my second go to is the south west chicken wrap with a side of sweet potatoes fries. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. All the food and service are tops. So go enjoy the yummy food

Went in on Saturday with the family to enjoy the amazing food as we always enjoy, but this time I wanted to give some well deserved props to Luis who was more than helpful beyond taking our order. His professional attitude and joyful outgoing personality kept my wife and I, along with our kids talking about why we continue to visit this location which is a 20 minute drive south on the 101 coming from Camarillo.The staff has always been on point, courteous, helpful and thankful, which is why we support these types of businesses. Thank you Luis for taking the time to not only make our visit an enjoyable one, but also the other patrons we witnessed you provide excellent service too.
